Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Monte Testaccio

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

The apartment is conveniently located in downtown Rome, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. It is also near transportation services, including a tram and a cab station. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials needed for a short stay. Malko was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

Roma è una città magica e riuscire a viverla alloggiando davanti la fontana di Trevi è qualcosa di ancora più magico! Scendi di casa e sei nel cuore pulsante di Roma, è davvero un privilegio per pochi! Per non parlare delle forniture dell’alloggio, Cendra ha pensato a tutto e dentro casa non vi mancherà nulla! Tutto davvero fantastico, speriamo di ritornarci!😁

Carolina’s place was perfect for our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. The location is very central to the main attractions in Rome yet in a quiet area. Carolina was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Marco’s place was fabulous! Great rooftop terrace with stunning views and in a great location near the restaurants and bars in Trastevere. Central location go sightseeing too. Communication was great. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do najważniejszych zabytków, a także blisko restauracji, sklepów, stacji metra. Mieszkanie przestronne - dwie sypialnie z dużymi wygodnymi łóżkami. Brakowało w nich jedynie klimatyzacǰi, była tylko jedna w salonie. Francesca jest świetnym gospodarzem, zawsze szybko odpowiadała na wiadomości i służyła pomocą. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie było bardzo wygodne. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt.

Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable, un coin de verdure au calme, loin du tumulte, parfait après une journée à sillonner les rues et les monuments de Rome. La villa est spacieuse et confortable, la piscine est un écrin de détente. Concernant la villa, rien ne manque, l'aménagement à été pensé et la cuisine réunie tous les objets du quotidien afin de préparer un bon repas. Chaque demande formulée est prise en compte rapidement par les propriétaires afin que vous puissiez bénéficier des meilleures conditions durant votre séjour. Il est évident que notre prochain passage en cette belle ville de Rome passera par cette location.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

Sauber, angenehm und es war alles da was man brauchte und sogar etwas mehr 🥰 Ich empfehle Sylvia und ihre Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiter und freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch dort.

Definitivamente lo mejor es la ubicación . El lugar es tal cual se ve , pero creo que para dos es muy chico . Para mi sola estuvo bien y mido 1,50 cm. Que no haya ascensor es un tema a tener en cuenta sobre todo si va gente mayor pero no fue un problema para mi ( solo cuando llegué porque estaba muy cargada). No había tacho de basura en la cocina , y para mi gusto le faltaba un enchufe en la parte de la mini cocina para la pava eléctrica por ejemplo . Los demás todo bien . Equipado con los necesario , baño muy bien ventilado . Amé mis días en Roma ! Cristina muy amable siempre

Our stay at Simona's Villa was absolutely perfect. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully laid out, and impeccably decorated and furnished. The grounds are equally beautiful, providing a serene and private atmosphere that our family thoroughly enjoyed. The swimming pool was a highlight for us, offering the perfect spot to relax and lounge in complete privacy, thanks to the gated access and secluded setting. The location was also ideal, with everything we needed just a short drive away. We were close to convenient stores and grocery shops, making daily errands easy, and the city of Rome was within reach for our day trips. We highly recommend Simona's Villa, especially for families like ours who are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet still want to be close enough to enjoy everything Rome has to offer. It’s the perfect balance of solitude and convenience.

Muy bonito alojamiento, muy espacioso y limpio. Alessio nos permitió un early check-in que agradecemos mucho. Un poco alejado de los puntos de interés pero la parada de bus esta muy cerca y es rápido para llegar. El barrio es muy tranquilo y bonito.

Our family of 4 was lucky to grab Simonetta's spacious apartment this Summer. Although not located in the old historical tourist central area of Rome, her unit is served by 2 close by train and underground stations along with a number of buses all of which we used to explore the city. Her unit was spotless and the A/C in all bedrooms and living room provided a good night's rest and place for us to spread out each evening after a day of wondering the never-ending sites of Rome. Throughout the trip, I had numerous questions about the unit, or the City or restaurants etc., all of which were invariably answered within 5 minutes or less. Simonetta takes great pride in her city and in her apartment and it was a pleasure for us to stay in there and experience a real local neighborhood of Rome for 5 days.

A estadia correu super bem, o apartamento é bem localizado e estava impecável. Davide nos tratou muito bem, deu instruções claras e respondia com muita rapidez a qualquer mensagem.

El departamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Muy lindo y muy cómodo. La ubicación es excepcional, hay muchas atracciones a las que llegas caminando. Los anfitriones siempre tuvieron buena comunicación y recomendaron restaurantes muy buenos, respondían todos mis mensajes muy rápido. La verdad lo recomiendo para quienes visiten Roma.

El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable, tal cual se ve en las fotos. El barrio es muy movido con muchos comercios y restaurantes Ell Metro en. la esquina facilita enormemente el traslado al centro. También está a unas pocas cuadras del tren que viene del aeropuerto. Muy práctico. Vittoria Fiorela fue muy atenta desde el momento de hacer la reserva, siempre pendiente de nuestro arribo En conclusión, súper recomendable.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. a beautiful clean gorgeous apartment that had absolutely everything we needed. Communication was outstanding,we were met at the accommodation and shown everything. The street is equally quiet but with a lovely Roman atmosphere. We will absolutely be booking again when we return to Rome!!

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.
