Luxury Suite of the Kings of Rome

LeighRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We absolutely loved our stay here!! From the moment we entered the courtyard we felt at home (the neighbors were all lovely as well). The apartment is clean, updated and had everything you need for a short stay. She even provided coffee for the machine :) (huge perk for us!). The team was absolutely lovely communicate with, so sweet, helpful and warm. The elevator was in great working condition which was a huge help with all our bags and a 1 year old but we also used the stairs when leaving the apartment. The building is well kept and safe. It was perfect for our family of 5 (mom, dad, 9yo son, 1 yo son and gandma) with transportation (metro) only a 5 minute walk we were able to get to all the attractions and sights we wanted to see. Having a grocery store across the street (conad) was also lovely! there are plenty of coffee + gelato shops and restaurant near by as well. We hope to return and stay here for our next trip to Rome!! We were so sad to leave. 5 STARS from us! <3

Exclusive apartment in a new Green-Building

Chiara und LukasRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We were very nicely received by Mira, who explained and showed us everything important. There is a private garage. The apartment is super clean, super large. Also a very large terrace with the possibility to book the Jacuzzi. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The coffee was super delicious. Stefania was quick to reach and able to answer all questions. Our highlights: Large shopping center directly opposite, bus stop in front of the door (in 50 minutes for €1.50 by bus/train to Rome) great restaurant right next door QB Bracceria we can recommend. Thank you!

Green Apartments Rome N°2

MagdelineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Very comfortable stay, booked 4 nights and definitely enjoyed the stay. Simple apartment with a nice public terrace (nobody really used it when we did, so felt like we had it all to ourselves). Right next to a gym for those who needs to workout on vacation. Andrea was extremely helpful and a great host. Location of the apartment is just few mins walk to the Colleseum & 15-20 mins bus ride away to city centre.

Cozy apartment very close to the metro A

OnesimoRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Located in the Quadraro district, halfway between the historic and monumental center of Rome and its extreme suburbs, the accommodation has recently been renovated and consists of an entrance/living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. In a residential area and served by Metro A (the Porta Furba stop can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and in 20 minutes you can reach Termini Station), the accommodation is very clean, very convenient to reach and quite comfortable in a quiet and peaceful area to be able to rest with the presence of pharmacies, supermarkets and shops open until late, which make the neighborhood very lively and help the guest to feel at ease. Stefano was immediately available, always easily reachable and attentive to my needs, providing valuable and continuous assistance. Excellent value for money and definitely worth considering for other stays in Rome. Highly recommended!

SUN APARTMENT

MelissaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful and charming space! We appreciated the welcome drinks. The laundry room is right next door and it was convenient to be able to wash clothes. The elevator is nice if you are traveling with luggage too. The building is very quiet and safe. The place had a ton of room for 3 people. The book of instructions and recommendations for restaurants was so helpful and we enjoyed them! Showers were hot for 3 people. Wonderful stay with shopping and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend!

Apartment Coliseum house

AnaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We feel at home! The apartment was exactly like the one described, as well as very smelling right when we opened the door! We have utensils necessary for all meals, we are able to prepare our breakfast every day and even dinner. A great location, a quiet spot near the metro station. Not to mention that Francesco was an excellent host, responding super fast, gave us several tips on where to go and what to eat and was always willing to help!

Dany's House Rome, near UniCamillus University

SergioRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Daniela was very helpful with all our requests. Me, my wife and 2 of our friends stayed 4 days, we immediately felt right at home, Daniela welcomed us in person, fully meeting our expectations. There are family restaurants and a supermarket in the area. For transfers, we used the bus and metro without any problems. There is a dedicated parking space in the courtyard. Recommended.

Sonia Appia Antica House (5 min to Colosseum)

RajatRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Sonia and Luca were such thoughtful and welcoming hosts—they truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, they took the time to walk us through the apartment, share helpful tips about the neighborhood, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and easy stay. The apartment itself was a gem—modern, beautifully set up, and incredibly child-friendly. It had everything we could have hoped for, especially for our little toddler who absolutely loved it! There were toys, space to play, and such a calm, peaceful atmosphere—perfect for families looking to unwind away from the city’s usual bustle. Everything felt so well thought-out and fully equipped. It made our time in Rome even more special. Thank you, Sonia and Luca, for your warmth and care—it meant so much to us!

Parva domus

AxelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Very nice apartment, well-equipped, clean and spacious, with air conditioning, coffee machine and washing machine that were useful to us. The location allows you to reach the center of Rome in about thirty minutes. It takes a little less than an hour to get to the Vatican or neighborhoods on the other side of the city. Perfect for our stay:)

Augusto's home in Porta Pia

MaxiRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The apartment was in a very nice environment with many small nice restaurants and bars. Walking distance. It was about 1 km to the Spanish Steps, but it was a quick walk. The accommodation was perfect for two adults and one child. Thai massage, pedicure, shopping and restaurants, all just around the corner. Simply perfect for a short trip to Rome.

Nido Latino

JeffRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very nice apartment in a very convenient location near the metro and slightly away from the crowds. A good layout when traveling with family. Spacious and airy. If you are used to European bathrooms you will be very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and nice to use. A wonderfully view. The WiFi was down with an electrical fire at the street. Men were fixing it. This led to confusion operating the door and getting in. Umberto was responsive and another tenant luckily let us in. Hopefully that gets resolved soon. We used the clothes washer and line drying only took half a day. Made coffee with the Italian style stove top espresso makers. All good. Keys takes some time to figure out. But that’s all the fun of travel.

Villa Terme di Caracalla with private pool

JosephRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house was great. Very responsive host. House is near Circus Maximus, which is a very close walk to the Colosseum. We enjoy walking and we’re able to get to all the spots, including Spanish steps and Vatican City on foot. Neighborhood felt safe. House was very clean and well furnished. We were two families of five and had plenty of room. Pool was great. perfect house for two families or several couples traveling together. Would definitely stay here again when in Rome. Cons: (and I’m being a bit picky here but wanted to say something) we were a group of 10 and could’ve used more towels. House is spread over several floors which could be difficult to navigate, especially if someone had limited mobility. There is a lift that works great which would help with this.

Studio apartment near Tiburtina station

MajdRating, 5 stars7 months ago
An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

How beautiful you are, Rome

LaineyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

House Espresso near metro Gardenie

PaytonRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were kind and responsive. We asked them about dropping off our bags prior to check-in, and they actually had the house ready early and allowed us to check in a few hours early. The house was clean and had exceptional amenities, even coffee and tea, shower soaps, and umbrellas to borrow. The house was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was a wonderful relief from the summer heat. Unfortunately, the metro line running to the Gardenie stop was down for much of our stay due to work on the metro. However, there were several other public transportation options to reach the center of Rome. The area was quiet and much less busy than the center of the city. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would recommend this Airbnb!

Vatican home garden by Varental

RudolfRating, 5 stars13 months ago
Great apartment with terrace on the ground floor. And with garden where there is also a large lemon tree. There are mosquito nets in front of all the windows and garden doors. Great! Plus the central location a few hundred meters south of the Vatican. Perfect for exploring Rome. We will gladly come back. PS. Dear Anna: The grid in the kitchen is easy to open by two turns clockwise. 😉😁
