Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Monte Testaccio

Wir wurden sehr nett von Mira empfangen, die uns alles wichtige erklärt und gezeigt hat. Es gibt eine private Garage. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, super groß. Auch eine sehr große Terasse mit der Möglichkeit den Jacuzzi dazu zu buchen. Eine Waschmachine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Der Kaffee war super lecker. Stefania war schnell erreichbar und konnte alle Fragen beantworten. Unsere Highlights: Großes Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber, Bushaltestelle vor der Türe ( in 50 Minuten für 1,50€ mit Bus/Bahn nach Rom) tolles Restaurant direkt daneben QB Bracceria können wir empfehlen. Very comfortable stay, booked 4 nights and definitely enjoyed the stay. Simple apartment with a nice public terrace (nobody really used it when we did, so felt like we had it all to ourselves). Right next to a gym for those who needs to workout on vacation. Andrea was extremely helpful and a great host. Location of the apartment is just few mins walk to the Colleseum & 15-20 mins bus ride away to city centre.

Het appartement ligt op een afstandje van het centrum, maar zeer gunstig gelegen. Zowel de bus, tram als trein liggen op een zeer korte loopafstand. Daardoor is het centrum super gemakkelijk bereikbaar, maar kan je in de avond ook de rust opzoeken in het appartement. Het appartement is goed onderhouden en was schoon bij aankomst. Via de instructies van de host konden we het appartement goed vinden. Een groot pluspunt voor ons was ook de privé parkeerplek. Al met al zeker een aanrader!

Situato nel rione Quadraro, a metà strada tra il centro storico e monumentale di Roma e le sue estreme periferie, l'alloggio è stato da poco ristrutturato e si compone di vano ingresso/soggiorno con un divano letto, una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno e cucina. In zona residenziale e servita dalla Metro A (la fermata Porta Furba si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti e in 20 minuti si arriva alla Stazione Termini), l'alloggio è pulitissimo, comodissimo da raggiungere e abbastanza confortevole in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa per poter riposare con presenza di farmacie, supermercati e negozi aperti anche fino a tarda ora che rendono il quartiere assai vivace e aiutano l'ospite a sentirsi a proprio agio. Stefano si è dimostrato sin da subito disponibile, sempre facilmente raggiungibile e attento alle mie esigenze fornendo un'assistenza preziosa e continua. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente e di sicuro da tenere in considerazione per altri soggiorni a Roma. Super consigliato!

Beautiful and charming space! We appreciated the welcome drinks. The laundry room is right next door and it was convenient to be able to wash clothes. The elevator is nice if you are traveling with luggage too. The building is very quiet and safe. The place had a ton of room for 3 people. The book of instructions and recommendations for restaurants was so helpful and we enjoyed them! Showers were hot for 3 people. Wonderful stay with shopping and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend!

Natalia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. She helped us with arranging parking and provided detailed advice on how to get to where we wanted to go. The area was conveniently located to access public busses and trams and near a large and interesting market on the weekend. The place was clean had everything you needed for a family and was great value. Highly recommend

Die Wohnung ist eine Oase mitten im schönen Viertel Trastevere. Sie hat großen Charme und ist sehr detailverliebt eingerichtet. Die Bäder und die Küche sind bestens ausgestattet. Ventilatoren und Klimaanlage erleichtern Einem heiße Tage und Nächte. Die Betten sind gut! Die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und hilfreich. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!Danke für Alles. Julia

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

Sonia and Luca were such thoughtful and welcoming hosts—they truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, they took the time to walk us through the apartment, share helpful tips about the neighborhood, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and easy stay. The apartment itself was a gem—modern, beautifully set up, and incredibly child-friendly. It had everything we could have hoped for, especially for our little toddler who absolutely loved it! There were toys, space to play, and such a calm, peaceful atmosphere—perfect for families looking to unwind away from the city’s usual bustle. Everything felt so well thought-out and fully equipped. It made our time in Rome even more special. Thank you, Sonia and Luca, for your warmth and care—it meant so much to us!

Très bel appartement bien équipé, propre et spacieux, avec climatisation, machine à café et machine à laver qui nous ont été utile. La localisation permet d'atteindre le centre de Rome en une trentaine de minutes. Comptez un peu moins d'une heure pour le Vatican ou quartiers de l'autre côté de la ville. Parfait pour notre séjour :)

Sergio’s home was the perfect place to stay on my trip to Rome. He and Lyn were kind and attentive hosts. I could not have hoped for more.

Die Wohnung war in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit vielen kleinen netten Restaurants und Bars. Fußläufig. zur spanischen Treppe war es circa 1 km, was aber schnell gelaufen ist. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Thai Massage, Pediküre, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, alles direkt um die Ecke. Einfach perfekt für einen Kurztripp nach Rom.

Francesco was a fantastic host who made our stay truly memorable. He provided us with plenty of great recommendations for places to eat and visit, many of which were conveniently close to his apartment. The apartment itself was very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Francesco was kind and provided sweets, coffee, prosecco, and more. He was also a wonderful and friendly host, always very responsive. He even welcomed us at midnight when we arrived! We’ll definitely be coming back to his place again.

Fabrizio's place was perfect in every way for our visit to Rome. So clean, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, washer and dryer were easy to use and the bed was very comfortable. The tram was a 5 min or less walk and it was super easy to get everywhere by public transport from Fabrizio's apartment. We took a taxi from the Trastevere train station which was only €10 but we easily could have walked across the street and taken the number 8 tram for €1.50 and rode to the next stop. After the long plane journey we were thankful to not climb the hill with our luggage but it would have been completely doable if we had not been so tired. Two days before our departure we discovered late in the evening that a train strike was scheduled for the next night at 9pm. I messaged Fabrizio at 11pm and he responded immediately with help info on how to navigate or situation. Highly recommend this super responsive host & his lovely apartment if your travel plans are taking you to Rome.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were kind and responsive. We asked them about dropping off our bags prior to check-in, and they actually had the house ready early and allowed us to check in a few hours early. The house was clean and had exceptional amenities, even coffee and tea, shower soaps, and umbrellas to borrow. The house was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was a wonderful relief from the summer heat. Unfortunately, the metro line running to the Gardenie stop was down for much of our stay due to work on the metro. However, there were several other public transportation options to reach the center of Rome. The area was quiet and much less busy than the center of the city. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would recommend this Airbnb!

Tack Gabriele. Vi hade en toppen vistelse. Smidigt att checka-in med nyckelskåp. Allt såg ut precis som på bilderna och terassen var vår favoritplats. Den är rymlig och perfekt både för måltider i skuggan utomhus och för att bara sitta ner en stund. Gabriele har lagt mycket tanke och omsorg om detaljer som ger det lilla extra. Tex fanns det kallt vatten i kylskåpet vid vår inkomst. Köket hade allt man behöver. Vi kunde lämna kvar våra väskor efter utcheckning utan problem vilket förenklade vår dag. Vi blev vänligt bemötta av både Gabriele och hans mamma. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka nästa gång vi är i Rom

Prima Wohnung mit Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Und mit Garten, in dem auch ein großer Zitronenbaum steht. Vor allen Fenstern und Gartentüren sind Moskitonetze. Super! Dazu die zentrale Lage ein paar hundert Meter südlich des Vatikan. Für Erkundungen von Rom perfekt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. PS. Liebe Anna: Das Gitter in der Küche öffnet man ganz leicht durch zwei Umdrehungen im Uhrzeigersinn. 😉😁

Pietro is a great host and although the check in/check out was contactless, we managed to easily go around with his simple and on point instructions. Always replying within a few minutes of our texts. The apartment is small and cozy with a fully equipped kitchen where we could eat our breakfast. There’s a supermarket on the other corner of the apt which was extremely convenient and at night there are many restaurants with very reasonable prices and nice local atmosphere, something different than the bustling touristic areas in the center. Right outside on the Main Street, there is a bus stop with many busses leaving from Porta Pía towards the center which was also very convenient. For late night travelers there is also a night bus at that stop. All in all our short visit in Rome was amazing and Pietro with his apartment only bolstered our opinions. We had a great time and we hope to visit again soon !!
