Good appartment in Pucciniland It is well equipped, and well organised. Good quality bed. The apartment was impeccable clean. This is not in the middle of nowhere, there is a restaurant at the other side of the road, that serves a reasonable meal, but unfortunately no pana cotta desert. And inevitable there is some traffic noise, that did not bother us. Probably by telepathy Miria knew about my wife's birthday; the prosecco in the fridge was highly appreciated.

We only stayed one night but we had a good time, the house is beautiful, the village is quiet, and it is close to convenient parking lots and excellent restaurants. You can also enjoy a beautiful view from the balcony. Friendly and helpful host.

We stayed here for 3 days, a family with 2 children. The apartment was great and the location was perfect for walking around town and close to everything. Cozy cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything you could wish for and Lidia was an extraordinary and very nice host.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very nice, spotlessly clean, and much more spacious than I expected. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful stay, definitely one of my favourites on airbnb so far. This apartment has everything you need. Convenient location by car to other places in Florence. Loved the kitchen as it is fully equipped. Even has an espresso machine! Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

Marco's apartment in Monsummano Terme was simply fantastic! Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. We felt right at home. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, and the location is ideal: quiet and charming, but at the same time a great starting point for excursions to Florence, Pisa, Lucca or even Rome. The host Marco is exceptionally helpful. His fast and friendly communication was very pleasant. Full recommendation!

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

The apartment is very cute and nicely decorated. Exceeded our expectations a lot. The parking facilities are very limited in front of the house, but we parked in a nearby parking garage (name: Odeon). Communication was also smooth and Raúl was very accommodating and friendly. All in all, the stay was very nice and we will be happy to come back!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Luciano’s place was right on the city center where the town is hopping. It was exactly where I wanted to stay and we were not disappointed

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

What a brilliant stay we had here. Hidden away into the Tuscan countryside, with views as far as the eye can see. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this stunning property. Very attentive hosts, we were greeted at check in and given a tour of the property. The building is shared with the owners, but the apartment has full privacy, with it's own outdoor seating area. The bedroom is a very good size with air conditioning, and it also has a kitchen and bathroom full of character. The gem for us was the infinity pool - all to ourselves and with views of the Tuscan countryside that you see in magazines and didn't quite believe existed. Well they do here. The property is within 10-15 minutes drive of various beautiful towns and villages. We would recommend the town of Vinci and the vineyard tour of Colle Adimari. Florence is 40 minutes roughly, Pisa even less. What more would you want.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. We had a wonderful time staying with our dogs! Everything was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel good. We were particularly enthusiastic about the excellently equipped kitchen – finally really sharp knives! This made cooking really fun. The pool was a real highlight: bigger than in the photos and very well maintained. The location is quiet and idyllic – with a little luck you can even watch deer. In the morning we liked to have breakfast on the terrace, enjoyed the sunset in the evening and the view from the balcony. Deborah gave us a very warm welcome and had great tips for the area. We'd love to come back – absolutely recommended!
