Monthly Rentals in Montecuccoli

We stayed for 4 nights at Monica's house, from the first moment we had a great time, the place is super quiet, perfect for those who want to stay in peace and detached from the big cities, it is about 30 minutes from Florence, the only flaw perhaps is the access to the parking lot and the house, which is done through a climb that is not lit at night, otherwise everything is perfect.

Large and spacious house in the middle of nature. The road to the accommodation is a bit sporty but feasible (just 5 minutes from the Barberino motorway exit). Jacques and Ricciarda were very kind and flexible. Unbeatable value for money.

We were a retired couple from Canada taking our 17 & 20 year old gra d children to Italy for the first time to visit relatives near Foggia and tour Italy for two weeks. The condo was well set up , spotless and although we didn't cook, we appreciated the full size fridge. The decor was really nice & the bedding g & towels were great. We used the full size washer once and hung out clothes & used the laundry rack. Supplies were available from dish soap to laundry soap, toilet paper etc. We were unsure how to operate the coffee machine so did not use it. We went into Florence two days in a row & used underground parking. Although it was an hour in, the restaurants close bye for suppertime were very good. Should make a reservation though, we ate at 8 or 9 pm. It was like a small town atmosphere. We had no trouble getting in the condo & had clear instructions for closing up & disposing of the garbage. The only thing that was an issue was the AC. It came on & off during the night

The place is highly recommended! It was a really great stay. Delicious breakfast, nice hosts, and there is the possibility to have dinner in the accommodation. The animals on the farm were a great highlight for us.
