Great place to stay! The house was absolutely lovely—clean, cozy, and full of charm. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. We really liked the interior design, the comfortable beds, and how well-equipped everything was for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. Big thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The nearby waterfall we went to was beautiful and can not wait to come back to see more of the local nature. The host was extremely helpful with suggestion of sites and very responsive to questions. This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. This little cabin was a peaceful home base for my wife and I’s hiking trip. It was always a treat to look forward to when coming home in the evenings, we’d cook, sit on the porch with some music and enjoy the hot tub after our hikes. Great place to go if you’re looking for a peaceful, safe respite from whatever busy-ness is in your life. Thanks to the Owners for being great hosts, it was exactly what we needed 👍

Peaceful & quiet! Bed was very comfortable . Hot tub was great! Didn’t really use the well stocked kitchen because there are great restaurants a short drive away. Great location for our needs!

Anita’s place was a beautiful and peaceful getaway! The view of the mountains was stunning, and we were lucky to catch some rain during our stay—it created a magical smoky effect between the mountains that made the scenery even more breathtaking. The cabin is very private and quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Perfect cabin, location, and host. It was a great weekend, thanks to Catharine. We enjoyed downtown, hiking, and local entertainment. The cabin was conveniently located to both hiking destinations and the adorable downtown district. We are already planning our next trip and will most certainly book these same accommodations. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful & peaceful stay! Will always remember the little lake house & refuge. My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for a night after hiking, and Carol accepted our request very last minute, which was extremely kind! She had breakfast in the fridge for us, which was SUCH a nice touch! We truly enjoyed that the next morning. There were chocolates and flowers in the room, and everything you needed to cook if you wanted. The animals were wonderful! We truly enjoyed SugarBaby, and will always remember him! Teddy was precious too! Can’t say enough about Carol and how kind and welcoming she was! We loved meeting her & she was just the sweetest Airbnb host I’ve ever met!!! Incredible cabin with direct access to the Big South Fork Recreational Area! 5 stars***** The cabin and horse barn are located within a private and quiet gated community. Horse enthusiasts will love the abilty to ride directly off the property and access miles of beautiful trails. The cabin is perfect~ cozy but with plenty of space for relaxing. The host is amazing~ attentive and responsive. The cabin was as advertised and we had NO issues during our stay. We stayed for a month and had a fantastic time exploring the BSF and surrounding towns of Oneida and Jamestown. We are already planning a return trip!

The cabin was beautiful and in such a peaceful location! We had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed the scenery and the uniqueness of the cabin. The entire cabin was clean and was laid out very well. Mike was great at responding and check in and check out was very easy.

Head and shoulders above the rest! Much better than the typical Airbnb with five star ratings. This is a true five star rural destination stay, not a stopover getting a courtesy five-star rating. No comparison with the typical highly rated Airbnb - this place is special. The cabins are well made with rustic feel - not old & worn with glossed over touches. Dan & Joann have done wonders with funky & country decor touches inside & out. And the farm is spectacular - mowed shorter grass walking paths, nearby stream, much wildlife. I had a fabulous time with picking & singing tunes each evening with Dan & friends! And I'm no pro, but the whole experience was comfortable, warm & inviting. I have new friends in Dan & Joann - maybe even new family! I'll be back!

Our stay in Alex's cabin was great! Alex was proactive in sending us directions to the cabin (since navigation apparently sends you elsewhere) so we drove right to it. The cabin's setting was very peaceful and private and the cabin itself was clean, simple, and new-feeling. We would definitely recommend staying in this cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was super clean and comfortable, and the view was incredible. We're planning on booking again in warmer weather to make sure we can relax in the hammocks by the creek/waterfall. Lindsay was a very responsive and polite host. A great place to hang out for the weekend!

I booked this Airbnb for the weekend for my family to stay and me to use as a getting ready spot for my wedding. It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Everyone loved it and even have plans of coming back and booking it as a getaway spot.
