Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Montesilvano

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

Lorenzo was a very kind and helpful host, he welcomed us and showed us some places to visit and restaurants. The place is very clean, super quiet location and no neighbors. We spent 4 days with our dog who could easily stay in the garden (private and closed) and visited many places nearby. The only "negative" aspects of the accommodation were the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, which means that in summer, leaving the windows open (you were feeling great!) some insects entered, and the distance from the town center: if you want to take a tour of the village in the evening the road to get there is uphill and quite long. Thelatter aspect did not weigh us because in the evening, after long walks, we always went to bed after dinner. We didn't use the bbq. In short: a more than positive experience and highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation to visit Abruzzo, away from the confusion.

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

My partner and I stayed for a week, the house is in a quiet and peaceful area, it is completely independent and all fenced, great for us who travel with our inseparable Rottweiler who really appreciated (us too!)the large garden. Inside the spaces are right, there were two of us but there would have been 3 other people, we didn't miss anything. Good location to visit Abruzzo both to the sea and to the more inland areas. We had a great time and among the things we most appreciated the tranquility, the silence, the right privacy, the nature that surrounds the house with a beautiful view, the spectacular sunsets, the fireflies in the evening in the garden. Obviously, a special thank you to Francesco, he was a helpful and caring host, always in communication with us and gave us countless tips on places and restaurants, it was like being at a friend's house. Highly recommended experience!

Family at hand and extremely reliable and kind. Upon arrival, we found muffins, tea, herbal teas, and coffee. Extremely comfortable and well furnished apartment; what was missing Liberata promptly provided it. Definitely recommended for both short and longer stays.

Beautiful apartment,clean and well equipped with everything. Breathtaking views of the valley and silence are priceless ! It's a freshly renovated country house with a kitchen on the dining room with a working fireplace and a TV. There are 4 bedrooms : 2 double bedrooms+ one for study and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with pots, plates , pans glasses, etc., new and good quality. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

wonderful accommodation, we checked in with the grandmother and she is a SUPER KIND lady. in the house there is everything you need. It's easy to park, even though there's no private parking. In front, there's a bar that makes excellent croissants. I highly recommend it.

Great for a romantic weekend or for those who want to relax a few days at the beach. We had a fantastic time in this lovely beach town! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the ocean. The host was friendly and helpful, with great local recommendations. We loved the relaxed vibe, great food, and beautiful sunsets. Can’t wait to come back!

Friendly host and always ready to help guests, he even came to pick us up at the station because we had luggage! The house is very nice and tidy, complete with garden and washing machine. The neighborhood is very quiet and we slept well every night, in the room there is both the bladed fan and the air conditioner. Very tidy kitchen with induction stove to eat comfortable at home. The only positive aspect, but only for us who travel by train, is that the house is slightly up the hill and you have to walk a little to get there, but this can be easily resolved by renting a bike or a scooter. Overall it was a very positive experience!

This was our first time with Airbnb and it was like being at home. We had a great time in the accommodation, even from the small/big things we really appreciated. We hope to return soon because we fell in love with Abruzzo and its people. Of course, I thank Barbara again for her kindness and hospitality.

Very comfortable apartment, we stayed with our 2 dogs, and convenient to enter from the private garden and not from the condominium access. The large veranda offers summer evenings to share with our dogs while relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet, it was nice to meet the mothers of the nearby apartments every morning, they passed in front of the garden to take the children to school, very familiar environment. It was relaxing to grill in the house in comfort with Abruzzo roasts. For the first time, my dogs could go directly from the bedroom to the garden thanks to the French door that leads outside. Massimiliano is very friendly. He was committed to giving us tips on good local restaurants. He's a very sociable host. It was a great experience. In autonomy and peace of mind!

Beautiful place in nature and in full relaxation if you want to unplug a few days. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay both romantic and with friends. Francesco is a great landlord who welcomed us with a nice aperitif and was available to all our requests. There are various trails and paths for nice excursions nearby. Absolutely positive experience!

Our host was kind and patient as we arrived later than expected. The space was clean and muffins were provided for breakfast. We appreciated our stay.
