It was better than we expected.

well-kept, clean and quiet building. The house was beautiful, tidy, clean and equipped with all comforts. Area in the center near the beach and the city center but with easy parking, even free, in the area. Host available, kind and always ready to answer any questions. I would definitely choose it if I had to return to the city

Modern structure, 5 minutes by car from Pescara. Perfect for relaxing and escaping the daily hustle and bustle. Cristian was super kind, he welcomed us with a fridge full of drinks and breakfast supplies. Highly recommended!!!

This was a perfect week. Luxurious and beautiful flat in a modern block of flats. Beautiful architecture❤️ . Very spacious with convenient bathrooms right by the bedroom. Great mattresses too. Very spacious terraces. If you like to go to the beach prepare yourself for a ca. 15 minute walk. The surroundings are not the most beautiful, but there is Conad supermarket and good takeaway pizza place called Lievito Concalma. Those who love to drink fermented grape juice, should definitely visit Radicale, which is a fabulous natural wine bar with only "00" wines. The city center is also in a walkable distance. Definitely recommend Lelio's place!

Accommodation that absolutely respected the description and photos, clean and organized, correct host and more than available also for extra information and he did his best to solve a possible inconvenience not due to his will. Super recommended

Great location, nice apartment, close to the beach.

The apartment is very comfortable, quiet and bright, equipped with everything you might need on your holiday. You can see how much love the host put into it. You feel right at home! The location is very good - right next to the beach, 10 min walk from the city center Piazza Salotto, surrendered by many restaurants and bars, but still very peaceful and quiet. Lara Maria was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We can totally recommend the place!

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

i stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend at Walter's place. From the first moment, he was very hospitable. He let us in a little early without any problem and offered us an aperitif. We met part of her family, likeable people, nice and very kind. Our room had a private bathroom with all the comforts. Wide and clean spaces. Both the bedroom and bathroom were really complete with everything. The very special room, even we could choose to turn on the lights or spotlights on the floor for a more "romantic" environment. Breakfast was not included, but Walter made us find a great coffee in the morning. Walter's home is a really great place to stay as well as an artistic residence worthy of being called that. The location of the house is very central: 300 meters you are in the center and if you want to move to go to neighboring cities there are many bus stops nearby. If we go back to Chieti, it will be our choice again!

Brand new, super cozy, clean and equipped with EVERY COMFORT. Attention to detail to make the guest feel at home. An oasis of peace and relaxation, excellent for those who want to take a few days off from the daily and confusing routine of the city center. A few kilometers from the wonderful Trabocchi coast. A magical place I would definitely return to. Highly recommended also and especially for the huge swimming pool, the hot tub that can be used at any time and the sauna with a gym designed for all needs. The host was also very kind and helped me organize a small surprise inside the accommodation itself. 5 stars because you can't give more, I will be your guest again with immense pleasure. A special note for the mattress... it felt like sleeping on a cloud! Congratulations and good luck.

I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb and couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the place was spotless and welcoming. The hosts were absolutely amazing—always attentive and ready to help with anything I needed. The views from the property were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Despite the tranquil atmosphere, I found it to be conveniently close to the town, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. There were plenty of activities to enjoy around the property, and the added bonus of free parking made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. I can't wait to return!

We spent wonderful days in this holiday home, which went far beyond our expectations. The house is cared for in every detail, very clean, bright and tastefully furnished. The spaces are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is quiet and well connected, ideal both for exploring the surroundings and for enjoying moments of peace. We also greatly appreciated the outdoor spaces, really pleasant for outdoor breakfasts or dinners. The pool is wonderful and really well maintained. A special thank you also to Mattia and his family, always available, friendly and attentive: we felt welcomed as if we were at home. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Apartment in the heart of Ortona, in a quiet and easily accessible area. The house is spacious, super clean and comfortable and Anna was very helpful during check-in. The only downside is that the air conditioning is missing, but with the fans the heat becomes bearable.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We were allowed to check in earlier and were surprised with cake and wine. There is everything in the apartment. Thank you very much.
