We offer the 1st floor of our family chalet, 100% renovated in 2024, after 2 years of very large insulation and embellishment work for maximum comfort. An exceptional environment, 1900 m above sea level, 700 m from Brunissard, at the end of a passable forest road. In winter, access is most often impossible by car, but the path is easily done on foot, even for children: plan to bring backpacks instead. (Snowmobile option for luggage) 5G available!

We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Clarée Valley

The apartment is ideally located on the snow front of the Plaine des Alberts, which in winter benefits from very good sunshine. From the apartment, you will go directly on cross-country skis, snowshoes or on foot on the pedestrian tracks. For fans of downhill skiing, you can reach the resort of Montgenèvre by car in 15 minutes and you will be 10 minutes from the resort of Briançon-Serre Chevalier
