Living room equipped with a large comfortable sofa bed, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Fully-equipped kitchen. Mezzanine bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub overlooking the garden. Equipped for families and children.

Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
