Departure from the house on foot for a walk in the forest. Depending on our respective availability, we can either welcome you or make the key available to you. Tassimo coffee maker. Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

The annex, cozy and lush

In a green setting on the banks of the Loing and on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest, we welcome you to our recently renovated cottage, in the center of the picturesque village of Montigny-sur-Loing. The train station is a 7-minute walk away (trains every hour in less than an hour to Paris Lyon train station), shops (supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, small market, pizzeria, restaurant…) are 5 minutes away. The forest will offer you beautiful hikes as well as climbing sites.

Ô Lunain Nature and River 2* Lodge

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

La maison se situe dans une propriété en face de notre logement. Elle dispose d'une terrasse. La maison de 30m2 offre : - une pièce à vivre avec une cuisine équipée ouverte. - une salle de douche avec WC séparé. - une chambre avec deux lits simples pouvant être réunis en un lit double. Elle est équipée d'un lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, de chauffage et climatisation.
