If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante a nossa estadia. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi tranquila e respeitosa. O apartamento é amplo e agradável, com todos os itens descritos no anúncio. Ele tem uma área externa onde é possível fazer refeições ou simplesmente relaxar. Há um bom mercado embaixo do prédio, além de padarias e restaurantes por perto. As estações de trem e metrô estão a poucos minutos da propriedade. Por sinal, o bairro tem um ar jovial e moderno, sendo ótimo para passear. Altamente recomendado para famílias com crianças.

Denis's apartment is very homey and lived in, but clean and comfortable. The decor is unique and charming. The beds are comfortable and everything was as described in the listing. Touring destinations in the city are about a 20-30 minute metro ride, which is an easy and affordable way to see everything. I would stay here again! Denis was very kind when communicating.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

The listing matched the description: about 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station, private room with attached kitchenette and bathroom, and available washer/dryer. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors but it’s not unbearable. The washer/dryer is small (shared with neighbor) compared to American washer and dryers and the cycles take about 3 hours but gets the job done. Sylvain is a great host, very responsive, provided a lot of great recommendations, clear with instructions, and is friendly. Stayed for about a week and felt very comfortable the entire time. Would stay here again!

Thomas’s place was exactly as described. The air conditioning and electric blackout blinds in each bedroom was wonderful for sleeping. There is no air conditioning in the living spaces or basement but those spaces stayed relatively cool. Kitchen was well stocked. There were ice trays in the freezer to use which we put to great use as it was during a heat wave in July. Washer and dryer both worked. Feeding the turtle was simple. Having multiple bathrooms for our family of 6 ( ages 15+) was great. (1- half bath with toilet and sink, 1- half bath with shower and sink, 1- full bath with shower/bath, toilet and sink). Master bedroom on second floor has access to terrace and has a ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning. There are 3 flights of stairs and no bedrooms on the main floor. Closest Metro stop on the M 4 Bagneux line was Marie de Montrouge, Sortie (Exit) 5 or 6. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries within 2 blocks as well as a park. We would stay here again.

Nous avons passé 6 jours merveilleux en famille. La maison est idéalement placée, au calme, hyper proche du métro. Belle terrasse pour prendre le petit dej. Notre hôte a été super accueillant et disponible.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

J’ai passé 5 jours chez Christel dans le cadre d’une formation que j’ai suivi à proximité de son logement. L’emplacement était idéal pour moi (3 min à pied de la formation, 5 min du RER). J’ai été très bien accueillie. Christel est charmante et son logement est très bien équipé. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrais sans hésiter. Je recommande+++

J'ai vraiment aimé l'appartement. Mickael a rapidement résolu tous les problèmes que je lui ai signalés. Une excellente option pour un ou deux voyageurs.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Was an amazing few days there, as soon as we arrived they came and showed us how everything worked and had amazing English as we didn’t know much French. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet get away 10/10 would definitely stay again.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.
