Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Monument

The house was just like the pictures. Beautiful decor and very inviting. The host was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Overall, great place to stay!

When we arrived and opened the door, we all literally said "WOW" at the welcome we received. There was soft music playing, all the lights were on, and cookies on the counter with a welcome note. It was very evident that Charli and Mike went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The whole house was tidy, clean, and we loved the large supply of towels and washcloths provided. We have never had that many before. My friend and I also loved the fact that there is a second living room on the lower level that we could escape to and chat while our husbands talked boy talk in the upper level living room. We have rented multiple houses throughout the years and this one is definitely up there at the top as one of our favorites!

We had a great time at joeys place! Lots of fun and the backyard area is really big and open with great space to relax. One of the bedrooms is completely separated from the house, which was great for us because I meant my sister didn’t have to hear our toddler wake up at 6am ;) The stairs to the downstairs bedroom are as described- steep and narrow, so just have to be extra careful if you have any very young mobile kids with you. We just blocked off with the provided baby gate and put a piece of furniture in front for extra safety and it was fine. Joey was so responsive and helpful, even provided us with extra kid friendly recommendations and a high chair for our stay.

WOW! The thing that made me book this place in the first place was the amazing view of pikes peak. It was the best experience to wake up in luxury while drinking a cup of coffee looking out on the mountains. The house was beautiful on a big lot with plenty of walking trails. This was the perfect escape from city life. Divide is only 30 minutes from many of the big attractions around so everything was easy to get to.

We had a family reunion and the home was perfect for all of us. It is a beautiful home!

I honestly was so in love with this place! I didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect place for my little family to enjoy the mountains. Everything we needed was here and ready for our use. She literally thought of everything! I would gladly stay here again.

Shelly’s place was absolutely wonderful! It was a beautiful and secluded location in the mountains. But it was also easy to find and close enough to town. We enjoyed the privacy, how well thought out the house was designed, and all the wonderful amenities of the house. Shelly was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was a great value for our quick one-night stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of extra blankets, a nice sitting area out back, two Roku televisions, Garden of the Gods nearly right outside, but does have that "I've walked directly into someone else's house" feel which is either cozy or unwanted depending on your personality! If you are able, I wished I would have brought my own pillow from home and was glad I brought my own ground coffee. Check out was the easiest I've ever had in an Airbnb which was also helpful and less stressful! I'd definitely stay there again.

Briar Patch Urban Farm was the PERFECT place for our family to stay! Our kids (ages 3 and 1) loved interacting with the animals, and Doug gave us a sweet little tour. The Airbnb was perfectly set up for families as well—they even had toys, kids plates/silverware, kids bath soap, and a bathroom stool! They were the most thoughtful and understanding hosts, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun and beautiful place to stay, especially if you have kids.

I had such a wonderful stay at George and Rita’s place! Their home is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful mountain views all around, it was the perfect setting. Rita was so kind and welcoming when I arrived. She took the time to show me around the house and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was spotless and cozy, and to top it off, they left some thoughtful touches like snacks, bottled water, and even a bottle of wine, such a sweet gesture! The location is also super convenient, just a short drive to local grocery stores and coffee shops. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend George and Rita’s home if you’re looking for a warm, comfortable, and scenic place to stay!

This beautiful home was close to everything. The original woodwork and all details were warm and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and other living areas offered plenty of space. Frank and Ingrid were responsive and provided everything that we needed. We would stay here again when back in Colorado Springs.

Our second time to stay with Mishea, different unit but always a great experience!OCS is always a fun spot for a long weekend while visiting our son stationed at Ft. Carson. Will book again!!!

Tiffany, checked on us via the app and welcomed us by leaving fresh flowers, treats, snacks, and muffins, etc. She has been very thoughtful about the supplies and amenities she stocked throughout. Staying here was fabulous- it was easy, and the Hillside Hideout was beautiful, comfortable, and was convenient to many places and activities! I would stay here again!

SUPERB stay! Our stay in Cheri's lower level apartment was excellent from start to finish. The living area was beautifully laid out, with a pair of comfortable sofas and warm, soft lap blankets, plus an electric fireplace. We used it each evening, as the weather was quite cool during our stay. There was a second fireplace in the living room, but we didn't need it. The bedroom also had a fireplace, which again, we didn't use, because the very comfortable king sized bed was well appointed with layers of fluffy bedding: it was like sleeping in a nest of warm clouds, we just loved it! Plenty of closet space, and two sturdy luggage racks, which we really appreciated. Cheri truly went above and beyond: the kitchen was stocked with everything your redirect, but also supplies necessary for a hot breakfast, plus bottled and sparkling water. Same with the bathroom, as the soaps, shampoos, lotions, and make-up removers were so nice that I didn't use my own things. Fantastic Airbnb stay!!

The house was precious. We felt at home right away. Everything was super clean. Things were labelled throughout the house which made it easy to find things and figure out how to turn things on, etc. The hot tub was clean and definitely a plus. The owner also provided LOTS of information about the city and its surroundings: things to do, places to eat, etc. I was there with two of my teenage kids and we had plenty of room to hang--a million times better than staying in a hotel!

Kaitlyn was super nice, easy to work with, super responsive and the place was the best!! Clean, beautiful, accessible, perfect.

This beautiful home in Monument in a golf course community met our needs well as we gathered for a family milestone event. The setting is beautiful and quiet. The house is spacious with an amazing primary suite on the main floor and 6 other bedrooms, most of which had dedicated bathrooms. The kitchen is large and open, with two adjacent dining tables, perfect for a larger group. It was also well appointed in terms of coffee pots, pots and pans, silverware, place settings. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The house was gorgeous and huge! It was perfect to fit family and friends. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever i had questions. It was right in town and it was convenient to walk to the shops.

We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs. The home had incredible views and was conveniently located near world class hiking and great restaurants. The home is very private and has many spaces to relax—we loved the patio and rooftop deck. The home was perfectly clean and was well-stocked. This is a great place for a large or small group and we loved our stay.

This place really filled the bill. It was enormous but felt homey which is a real trick. Everyone had space and yet we came together naturally. The back yard is really nicely enclosed with plenty of chairs. Had no idea we would hang out there for hours. It is an historic house with creeks and quirks, but nicely updated and decorated. Great location and worked really well for a graduation party of 9 plus various children stopping in! One family stayed in the coach house, so that worked well too.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was spectacular and accommodated all of my family. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit!
