Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Monument

After a re-directed flight and extra long journey we arrived at The Living Room in the dark. It was easy to find and we had clear directions how to get inside. The exterior of the building looked so amazing as we arrived and the inside was to die for. Everything was top quality and the attention to detail was out of this world. The lighting was very atmospheric and we loved the place straight away. The next day we woke up and looked out at the view…WOW!! A panoramic view of Pikes Peak and very peaceful environment. We loved sitting outside with a drink and nibbles just taking it all in. A very friendly deer passed by a few times and hummingbirds too! Unfortunately we were on a working trip so didn’t get as much chance as we’d liked to use the hot tub and BBQ and we regret that. Hopefully we will have the chance to return again and make the most of this beautiful home. Thank you to Mark and Renee for everything😊

Place was easy to find, quiet and peaceful area. Perfect for holidays. Clean and well equipped. We wish to return back to the place if we visit again Colorado again in future.

Nate and Aaron provided us with an amazing weekend get-away destination. Location was peaceful and very easy to find. We were greeted with a friendly set of deer's on our first morning there. Location is not far away from restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend as everything matches the description. If you're coming from a city and looking for something outdoors, look no further and book before it's too late. Would definitely re-book if ever in Colorado Springs again

This little rental met all expectations and more! The view and beautiful garden property are worth it all, and overall it was an extremely comfortable home to stay. Bonuses were the kids toys', spacious bedroom with a wardrobe and drawers to settle in, mountain air through open windows and very comfy beds to sleep. The bathroom was a bit small, but water pressure and towels were plentiful. It feels like you're in on a secret, as this little oasis is hard to believe, and tucked away in the middle of the city. Loved it!

House was clean, comfortable and decorated with a very homey feeling. The putting green was a hit with the guys!

We had the best time at this cottage- I would recommend 10/10. We loved the guest book and the other little personal touches. The bed was so comfortable and the instructions were very clear on what to do when you leave. There was an issue with the WiFi, and I texted Justin and he responded immediately to help us. Again, a great place to stay! Thank you for a wonderful place for our family vacation.

What a great place to stay! Sharon was so welcoming and helpful with hosting our family. She had the pack n’ play all set up when we got there. We even got there late and she was super accommodating with helping us get into the house. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Cynthia’s place was amazing—absolutely magical. We came to town to visit friends who’d just moved and weren’t fully settled. We traveled with our kids (9 and 6) who fell in love with the space and all the animals within it. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable and very organized. The garden has a beautiful mountain view and is so serene and peaceful. Cynthia was so kind and patient with the kids, showing them how to collect eggs, feed the chickens and the pig and introducing them to the bunny and the ducks. They also picked strawberries and learned about the other things growing in the garden. The highlight was the goats, especially the baby goats. It was hard to pull the kids away from them to explore Colorado Springs. On top of that, the beds were super comfortable and the shower water pressure was unbelievable! We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Frank and Ingrid's beautiful house! The location cannot be beat - easily walkable to downtown and the running path and a quick drive to the rest of Colorado Springs, Manitou, and Old Colorado City. The house was quiet and cool in the June heat and we all slept great. We had everything we needed to cook dinners and even did some baking. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely book again. Thank you!

The Hillside Hideout was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! It was just what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate our honeymoon! We had many incredible adventures as it was close to so many beautiful places. The stay was perfect from start to finish and Tiffany and Irvin thought of every detail to make us feel right at home. They supplied the home with so many useful items incase they were forgotten and even some food items which was beyond nice. We would highly recommend this cute cozy place to anyone!

We love this place. Its in a beautiful neighborhood, has a sweet relaxing deck with an expansive view. The kitchen is well equipped beds are nice. Very dog friendly. This is the second time we stayed there and plan to continue to book Rosemarie's place whenever we goto Colorado Springs. Highly recommended.

Jacquie’s place was welcoming and perfectly located for our adventures to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs to hike the incline, Pike’s Peak and the Olympic/Paralympic Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed the Beers she provided and the vintage ambience her home. Would stay again!

We loved the space it felt very spacious for a studio and my son loved his extra bedroom space! It really felt like home away from home with having everything we needed, we will definitely be trying to stay again next time we come to visit!

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

Charming Southwest-inspired house with well thought-out details. Comfortable layout and furnishings. Porches facing both east and west to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Good air flow. Easy street parking. Walkable to a few good restaurants and only 10 minute drive to Manitou Springs, Colorado College, downtown, Garden of the Gods and the Broadmoor. Great location no matter which way we went!

Loved the location which is between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. You are minutes from the COG Train that takes you to the top of Pikes Peak, minutes from Garden of the Gods, and minutes from Red Rock Hiking. We didn't get a chance but we wanted to try the Manitou incline which is right across from the COG as well. We loved Manitou Springs...such an amazing little town with great restaurants and small shops. This house really is an amazing location. The house itself was nice, especially the basement and the kitchen/dining area. The deck and the upstairs bedrooms need some updating. Some new furniture would go a long way. If you are heading to Manitou Springs, this is the place to stay.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!
