Seeking an escape for some peace and quiet? Welcome to The Little Cabin retreat, located on our 50-acre family farm in Ross, Ohio! Let us take you away from the distractions of life to a place where you can soak up nature in a cozy cabin, all within 30 minutes of downtown Cincinnati. You may fish in the lake if you'd like, or take a ride in the paddle boat, or simply enjoy sitting on the porch listening to the birds. Chances are, you may spot wild turkey or whitetail deer scampering by.

It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! Hickory Ridge is located in a quiet country setting. You will be: 23 miles to the Ark Encounter 29 miles to Creation Museum Doug and Lana live on the main floor of their ranch style home. The apartment is in the finished lower level (basement) of the home. Hickory Ridge is located in the rolling hills of Northern Kentucky on a family farm next to a wooded area. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, we hope you will be pleased with this location!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
