Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Morrisville

Great apartment--tons of natural light, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches that are uncommon in an airbnb rental--tote bags for shopping, reusable water bottles for walks, period products in the bathroom. This place is an easy walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and Weaver Street Market, a nice grocery co-op that's also a kind of community hub. We had everything we needed for a reunion of grad school friends. I would definitely stay here again

Haley and Sam were solicitous, responded quickly to all my messages, and even thoughtfully offered a late check-out, which I greatly appreciated. Their place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If you're looking for a convenient spot with easy walking access to Duke University, this is definitely the place to stay! I recommend their place and would absolutely return.

This place was even better than the pictures, perfect for a wedding weekend in Durham. We walked to Grub for breakfast and it was so delicious that we went back for dinner. Very cute neighborhood, very comfy beds, very clean airbnb!

We loved the stay here - the place was immacutely furnished, clean and beautiful, and well within walking distances of cafes and restaurants! Laura was a fantastic host, really friendly and super responsive. We will definitely like to come stay again in the future.

Such a wonderful stay! Heather was a great host. The house was beautiful and the pool was fabulous. We loved the area so much that we want to move to Raleigh. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Heather’s hut again!

I’ve thought about how to review this place. Almost didn’t want to because i don’t want to give away such an awesome place. lol if I could buy it I would! This was one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Although our stay was only one night, we are already planning to come back. It gives you a “rainforest” feel. The outdoor screened in deck was amazing. It came a monstrous thunderstorm and we were able to watch the storm and sunset from the deck without getting rained on or bugs bothering us at all. It was an amazing much needed experience. This was the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written. Everything was well stocked, the projection for tv was a neat touch. Exactly like the description, Calming, charming, and one of a kind! The host was super responsive and even let us check in a few minutes early because we got there before our arrival time. We can’t wait to come back and will be booking this as long as it’s open for all of our overnight duke stays from now on!

Best AirBnB so far. We have stayed in many places around the country and THIS HOME has been the best by far. Spotless, organized, welcoming, comfortable and perfectly located. Eric is a phenomenal host, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and was flexible to suit our travel plans. Quick to respond to any request. Everything you need is there. We plan to stay here again, even forwarded the listing to very “fussy” brother who will be visiting from Denmark. Wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Came in for our daughter's wedding. Nice, clean house. comfortable stay. great bathrooms. Enough beds. Good kitchen with stocked necessities. But I do have to mention a few negative points. The price was too high for the same size house we stayed in in other major cities or even the house our kids stayed in a few miles away in Apex itself. But overall a good stay

We had an event in the area and Jonathan's place was the perfect place to say at. Super clean, spacious and cozy. The pool and hot tub made our stay relaxing and enjoyable! I would highly recommend. Jonathan checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here for future visits.

Somewhat bare bones but had all that one might need for a short stay and was very clean. Area felt safe and location made for an easy walk to downtown. House does sit near the road but noise was not a problem at night. Grocery store and restaurants were very near.

My family of five had an amazing stay at Ryan's place. In fact, this will be our home every time we come to visit the area (which will be quite often), and we have already booked a second stay. The house is very spacious, and it has 5 bedrooms, all upstairs (one is used as an office, which was perfect for working from home). It is very clean, the bathrooms are spotless, amazing beds, plenty of linens, towels, etc. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need (including lots of pantry items, which I usually hate having to buy when I'm traveling). The backyard is cute and private, and the entire neighborhood is beautifully manicured and extremely quiet. We loved the walks in nature along the greenway. Ryan is super responsive and friendly, and was so gracious to accommodate a much appreciated late check-out. Thanks again, Ryan, see you soon!

This was absolutely perfect. Only bummer was we couldn't stay as long as we'd hoped and it was super rainy so we didn't get to swim much. overall an excellent stay, will definitely be back!

Had a nice stay! Easy check in and designated parking space was nice too. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of food options nearby and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

The home was beautiful and had a lot of space. It was just two of us, but we could have easily split it with at least two more people. We especially loved the lake view patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there every morning as well as a few night caps. It was so peaceful. Jim was very easy and quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.
