Very peaceful relaxing stay, lovely comfortable bed, great DVD selection, waking up to sea views, friendly cows opposite. The host, Amanda is really helpful and responsive. The cottage is close to beautiful walks, stone circles, a little tearoom/art gallery and an amazing beach in Morvah. Seal watching on the coastal path, great cafes, restaurants, art nearby. A place where you can really unwind. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Haddock's End. The cottage is situated in the quiet village of Pendeen only half a mile from the coast. Blessed with fair weather, we spent most of our time walking sections of the SW Coastal Path, much of which is easily accessible: some on foot, or by bus or by car. The cottage is well equipped, warm and comfortable and was a great place to relax at the end of the day. The North Inn pub is only a few minutes walk and serves good beer and excellent curries. The Tinner's Arms in Zennor has a great atmosphere and excellent beer and pub food, while 'foodies' may wish to try the Gurnard's Head inn with it's seasonal menu. There is so much to do and see, we can't wait to come down to west Cornwall again!

Lovely cottage you can feel like home. You have everything what you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. Really recommend the place. Julita and friends.

Miner's rest is perfectly located for exploring the area. Lots to do (walking coast path, beaches, mines, pubs, gardens etc). The accommodation is perfect for a couple (plus a dog!) and Abi was very helpful and communicated well. Plentiful local buses helped get me around. I hope to return asap. Highly recommended.
