I love the design elements of the apartment, easy access to mass transit, quite response time for Taxis/Uber bookings, and Susanne—who has a wonderful personality, quick response time to messages, and helpful tips!

This was the perfect place for our stay in Vienna! On a quiet side street and a short walk from several coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport options. Clean, peaceful, and functional. We’d stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. It was a very beautiful and comfortable environment to stay in. Whenever I had a question, communication via message was quick and very flexible. It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there was a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. I would love to stay at this apartment again when I visit Vienna. Thank you very much.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, Betten und Sitzmöglichkeiten waren gut. Besonders haben wir bei schönem Wetter die kleine Terasse genossen. Anna Cornelia, Mariella und die weitere Familie waren sehr freundlich. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt fahren U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Regionalbahn. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Sehr nah liegt der Zentralfriedhof, der unbedingt einen Besuch wert ist.

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and spotless apartment in Vienna. The space is much larger than expected, immaculately clean, and comes fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to public transport, and surrounded by several supermarkets, which made everything incredibly easy. For those traveling by car, there is also parking available, which was a big plus. What truly made our stay special was the host. The gentleman who owns the place was exceptionally kind and helpful—he went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and genuinely welcoming hospitality.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz in absoluter Ruhelage in schöner Natur. Grossartig!

Die Unterkunft von Michael war super. Meine Monteure waren voll begeistert. Es entsprach alles wie beschrieben. Sehr große Unterkunft mit super ruhiger Lage. Immer wieder gerne.

Wunderschöner Raum in ruhiger Umgebung. Alles war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig und man spürt die Liebe zum Detail und die Naturverbundenheit des Gastgebers.

Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, sehr gemütliche große Wohnung mit überaus großer Ausstattung, auf 2 Geschoßen, interessante Mischung aus altem Interieur mit modernen Einrichtungen. Wir unternahmen Wanderungen direkt vom Haus weg, man könnte von hier aus viele Touren unternehmen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Peters Haus. Danke vielmals an Peter und Ivanka. Die Wohnung liegt äußerst idyllisch und so ruhig wie man es von Skigebieten in den Alpen nicht erwarten würde. Dennoch ist alles, was man benötigt, gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist viel größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, hat alles, was man braucht. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Kachelofen. Schafft eine angenehme und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Um es kurz zu machen, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and smooth communication!

It was an amazing stay at a cozy place in a lovely location with a wonderful host. It's been 2nd time I've stayed at Monika's spaces. What can I say? She is the most welcoming, friendly and responsive host one can find. Looking forward to spending next year spring break at Monika's!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Rebecca war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet, sauber und schön gelegen. Man ist in kürzester Zeit in Wien, fußläufig im Wiener Wald oder kann den ganzen Tag in Wohnung und Dutchtub die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Rebeccas Tipps für die Umgebung haben uns an schöne Orte geführt, die wir sonst wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden hätten. Alles in allem das Rundum-Wohlfühl-Paket :)

Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt in Philipps Apartment. Wie schon im Oktober 2024 haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Im Apartment war alles in bester Ordnung, die Lage ist ideal, weil alle wichtigen Einrichtungen (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés, Ärzte, Bankomat,...) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Philipp ist ausgesprochen nett und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank dafür! Für uns ist sein Apartment die absolute Nummer 1 in der Region und daher eine klare Empfehlung unsererseits!

Wir waren zum Zweiten Mal dort und dieses Mal für zwei Wochen. Franz und Birgit sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, vielen Dank an die Beiden. Auch da wir Freunde in der Nähe haben, kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Man kann von dort Ausflüge nach Linz, südlich in die Alpen oder nördlich nach Tschechien machen. Es gibt viele Badeseen mit tollem Wasser in der Nähe. Besonderer Tip ist die schöne Stadt Steyr in der Nähe.

We are a family of 4 and was amazed by the spaciousness of the apartment as well as the convenience to supermarkets and fresh bakeries and bus stops. Tatiana was responsive in all communication chats and we have a perfect stay in her place! Strongly recommend to others👍🏻.

Jedan od boljih smještaja koje smo imali prilike iznajmljivati uz umjeren budžet. Vrlo prostran stan, lako dostupan, u prizemlju i sa metro stanicom i javnom garazom nadohvat ruke. Jedino bih poželjno bilo imati jedan mali stol u kuhinji, i par tanjura više. Sve ostalo bilo je savršeno tako da je ocjena i dalje 10/10. Puno hvala domaćinu

Sehr nette Wohnung und geeignet für 4 Personen bzw. 2 Pärchen. Die Wohnung befindet sich allerdings im zweiten und nicht im dritten Stock.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!
