Holiday rentals with a patio in Mouans-Sartoux

We really enjoyed our stay! Our check in was very smooth and informative with Edi. The apartment and location were perfect for us! Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. We loved having the balcony to sit out at and watch people go by. Also, really appreciated having the air conditioning. A must when staying in the summer. We would gladly stay again :)

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We arrived late with my wife, driving a motorcycle. Not only Mariane waited for us, she went beyond expectations by showing us her place in person and also looking for a place to leave our motorcycle in the parking garage. Well located to go Cannes, just a few minutes, also very close to route A8 to go Nice and Monaco. We had a more than perfect stay, ultra recommended place to come!

We absolutely loved staying at Cyril’s beautiful apartment. We loved our evenings on the balcony and the location was excellent.

Fantastic view from every room and excellent location in the village with gourmet restaurants, two boulangeries and a Wednesday market practically on the doorstep. The flat was light, airy and very clean. A great place for excursions to the coast, exceptional art galleries or the pre-Alpes mountains for walking. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The check in process was very pleasant, the location of the place was good, we came by car and it took about 10 minutes to drive to town.The feeling of a big sea in front of you every morning is amazing!Jemery's mother accommodated us, the instructions were detailed and very communicative.I really recommend everyone coming to Cannes to see this property

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

Beautiful pool and garden, nice private place, very clean and Sandra is lovely, very friendly, helpful. I did have a bit of trouble finding the place because my Google maps took me down the end of the road, so that's something to be aware of.

A lovely stay! A large apartment with a beautiful garden. 25 minute walk to a lovely beach and restaurants.

Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! We were staying in Antibes for the first time with our three kids (four and under). Our flight was delayed and Peter was so kind to meet us super late at night. The location is great. Two mins walk from a swing-park and loads of restaurants but also a quiet street (not full of noisy bars/music etc). It’s got a lift, the travel cot had a proper mattress and the washing machine is so useful with three kids. The only downside is the building (not Peter) decides when to turn on the AC and thought 25-30 degrees in June isn’t hot enough! So coming from Scotland we were really struggling with the heat and Peter managed to get us a portable AC unit and some fans to make it a bit cooler. All in we would recommend staying here to anyone and hope we can visit ourselves again.

excellent apartment for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature. We were on bicycles and the climb that leads to the house is quite challenging, but it was worth the effort. The terrace where we dined is beautiful. Clean and welcoming environment. recommended

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Dominique and his wife were very friendly and helpful. My windshield was smashed in Nice and Dominique and his wife helped us to temporarily cover the windshield with cardboard and a garbage bag. They even tried to get me a new windshield, unfortunately without success, because it would have to be ordered and that would not have worked out in time. Since we were in the accommodation for 10 days, his wife even offered to wash our laundry. The accommodation was really nice and had everything you need. The pool and the view were beautiful. If we were to go down again, we would definitely take the accommodation again. Thanks again to both of you

It's like coming home. We liked the apartment very much and it was the best we've ever had. It was modern, clean and very well equipped. We lacked nothing, whether in the kitchen or in the bathroom. The many kitchen utensils, the terrace, the air conditioning, the enclosed parking and the furnishings were special. We were there for a total of ten days. The apartment is centrally located for excursions along the entire Côte d'Azur. Whether Grasse and Cannes, which are around the corner, or Antibes, Nice, Eze, Menton, Monaco and much more. These are a maximum of 1:15 hours' drive away. But you can also enjoy the beautiful terrace. We were always helped very quickly. Kane and Brigitte are very nice and reliable. We had a very nice time with you and on the Côte d'Azur. Thank you.

Great location and fresh apartment! We had a great time, and it was close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. The apartment was clean, bright and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
