Cabin holiday rentals in Mount Pisgah

One of my favorite stays at an Airbnb. May thought of everything, and it was such a comfortable and convenient stay! We will definitely be going back!!!

Our three nights at 13 Dark Hollow was everything we needed to escape reality for a bit. The cabin was just as perfect as the pictures shown and described. Sipping coffee on the deck while listening to the nearby creek was peaceful and watching mama and papa cardinal taking care of their babies in the holly bush nearby was an extra special treat. After a couple of full days of exploring the area, the hot tub was perfection at the end of the day and the king sized bed was super comfortable. We cooked several times at the cabin and Erica and Richard had all the kitchen essentials we needed to make the meals come together. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful, quiet spot. We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. Very private, hot tub was great, loved seeing the fireflies at night. Still very close to downtown Waynesville. Jim and Kristie were great about communicating with us. Self check-in was easy, and the home had everything we needed, even shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great place to stay. Beautiful view from the back porch. Very peaceful and quiet. No concerns at all. Will highly consider staying again next time we visit!

This was such a cute Airbnb, and exquisitely detailed. The porch was amazing, and I loved cooking in their kitchen, as I had everything that I needed with a beautiful gas range stove. The natural lighting, open concept, and modern rustic finishes make it worthy of booking. Additionally, Marshall is such a sweet little town. I will definitely return!

**A Perfect Retreat – 10/10!** From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of this home. The peaceful and relaxing surroundings made it an ideal escape, allowing us to unwind completely. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep effortless. One of the highlights was watching my son and pup enjoy playing in the river—it was such a joy! The hot tub was pristine, adding an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. While the location was central to everything we wanted to do, it still felt wonderfully secluded, offering privacy and tranquility. We truly loved our time here and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

This place was beautiful! Perfect setting for our girls weekend. Such a peaceful place with great amenities. We also took advantage of Asheville Wellness Tours and had them come to the property for massages and a sound bath. Hillary was also very responsive and so kind. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with everything. Every square inch of the house was organized and clean. Me and my girlfriend went on a helicopter ride around the mountains and over pigeon Forge. We also went to Dollywood, experienced every ride and walked around the small town within. We also drove through the smokey mountains and seen the most amazing views and life there. But at the very end of the trip, our favorite part was being in the cabin together. Nothing beat the hot tub at night with music and stars glimmering. We ate breakfast and dinner every day out on the deck to the sounds of nature and the view of a life time. We left and went to South Carolina for my sisters wedding. The entire car ride, every minute to pass we missed the cabin more and more. I highly recommend going to this specific cabin with its position and view. Whether its for a weekend, week or month. The memories last forever.

We had such a great time at Carrie’s cabin. The view from the deck is just beautiful, with picture-perfect mountain views that made for perfect sunsets by the fire bowl. The cabin itself is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It felt comfortable and so peaceful, tucked away on a private, spacious green lot. We grilled out, spent time on the deck, and really just enjoyed slowing down. It’s a quick drive into Asheville, but there’s a lot to love right in Fairview. We visited some great little restaurants and trails nearby. Carrie was a wonderful, responsive host, and we would love to come back!

This cabin and its surroundings are a true gem. Everything was clean, organized and there were so many things that upgraded this place from my other Airbnb experiences. I loved that Lindsey had a set of dog bowls waiting for us, fire logs for the fire pit outside, coffee/tea/hot chocolate as well as cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, and some spices). The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. We loved spending time on the outdoor deck. The fire flys at sunset were amazing and the sound from the nearby creek is incredible! Our dog loved to play on the lawn in front of the cabin and we took many walks on the road opposite the driveway (saw bunnies, cows, horses, and stunning scenery). The scenery and surroundings are so peaceful and stunning. I want to come back here again!!

This cabin was the perfect base camp for a week of biking, hiking, and trail running. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals (but lots of options within a 20 minute drive when we didn't feel like cooking!). We enjoyed being able to bring our dog along with us, and he loved getting to sniff around in the woods by the house. We hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The property was quiet and beautiful. It was easy to find as well. We enjoyed walking and exploring the property. The creek was pretty with a couple of waterfalls. The kitchen has everything you need, except a blender. We stayed at the end of May and did not need a/c. It still feels like early Spring. The spiral staircase is very narrow, so do not pack large luggage. The only issue we had was the upstairs mattress is way too soft. I slept on it, so it was not a serious issue for us. It sinks in the middle. The twin bed downstairs is very comfortable. The Blue Ridge Parkway is very close to the cabin. We visited The Cradle Of Forestry In America. A must see for history lovers. Very interactive museum for children. We had a furry visitor one afternoon. So be watchful of your surroundings. I would recommend staying here.

What a view from the back porch! The cabin is very well equipped. The drive in can be a bit rough. But very worth it. The cabin was very comfortable for our family to stay in. The falls behind the cabin are worth the trek down the mountain.

A great place to visit, quiet and safe, easy to find and always willing to help, I will return on another occasion.

Absolutely worth checking this place out. Quintessential WNC, down to the fireflies peppering the field below. Very beautifully styled home with unique spaces to enjoy where you are.

Hummingbird hideaway is a beautiful cabin with exceptional views from the deck. I will definitely recommend to take your 4wd/awd vehicles to tackle the steep mountain to get to the cabin. The place is very tidy and is suited very thoughtfully. We visited hooker falls , triple falls and high falls. I will pick high falls if i have to pick one. Do stop by DuPont Kanteen on the way back to the cabin.

This little cabin up in the mountains was wonderful for two people! It was very clean and quiet. The host David was very responsive and helpful from my first inquiry to my last! He and his wife were very accommodating and thoughtful! Having access to the private lake area was perfect for us! A beautiful, relaxing stay! Thank you to David and his wife!

The cabin is tucked away but was exactly what we were looking for.

My family loved Kaci’s cabin and Brevard! We kept busy exploring in Pisgah National Forest and other local attractions, like Brevard Tubing and Oskar Blues Brewery, but we loved being able to come back and hang out at the cabin and enjoy its splendor. My son especially loved ping pong tournaments in the screened porch. We hope to be welcomed back!

Staying at Jennifer’s mountain retreat was truly a magical experience. From the moment we booked, Jennifer was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and convenient. The cabin itself was mesmerizing..honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Every detail of the space felt mindfully designed, and the peaceful mountain views were exactly what we were hoping for. We especially loved the little touches like the hummingbirds visiting the feeder, the incredibly cozy fireplace on the deck, and the charming bee-themed decor. The bed was super comfortable, the linens were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calming and rejuvenating. This place is a true sanctuary in nature, and I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you, Jennifer, for creating such a beautiful and memorable space! PS: Your honey is incredibly delicious. A must buy!

The inner design is thoughtful and everything is handy. I like the patio the most. You can enjoy a peaceful / quiet moment there with a cup of tea. The location is great, right in the middle between Asheville and Great Smokies. You can get to the attractions without too much driving. Overall I recommend this place.

The cabin was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and private, and the views were spectacular! Seeing a mother bear with two cubs in the yard was an added bonus! Candace was responsive and her instructions and directions were very helpful. We hope to return to this amazing cabin in the Fall!

Mary was super responsive and willing to help us when we needed to check out a little later. The house was in great condition and it even had more amenities than what was listed, which was particularly helpful when cooking :) Thanks Mary!

This place was the perfect getaway for my mom’s bday’s girl trip! There were a total of 7 people (4 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, 1 infant) and it was very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed being outside! It was so peaceful, private and the views are amazing- from the sunrise, the sunset and the moonlit night sky. The place was clean and we all slept spread out and comfortably! We really enjoyed the wrap around porch. We used it for play, for meals, and for relaxation. We also had the convenience of the grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants about 5 minutes away; it was literally a straight shot. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a private getaway.
