This place was great. Wonderful views. Private and quiet. Non-stop hummingbirds visiting the feeder on the deck.

The glass treehouse was nothing short of spectacular. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway. What really stands out besides the obvious gorgeous location and beautiful design of the home, was the attention to detail! You want coffee? Well Ashley has every option you could imagine, from pour over to French press to a quick Keurig pod. Quality cookware and cutlery as well. You could tell that Literally every element of this home was well thought out. Very impressed.

Jason and his team’s Airbnb was a wonderful place to retreat! This clean modern Scandinavian vibe sets a refreshing and restful ambience for unwinding. We enjoyed the quietness of the farm fields, watching cows graze, the fresh breezes blowing, the views of rolling hills and Blue Ridge mountains (clear day) and vineyards in a distance were all enjoyable to see right from the tranquil setting A-Frame. Jason provides you with all you need for quiet and/or entertaining experience: a fire pit and stocked wood pile for a good campfire, clean hot Hot tub for relaxing, assortment of fun board games and corn hole, great books to read, 2 hammocks to swing beside your friend umder the tall trees.. The bed and furniture throughout the Airbnb was comfortable and all looks and feels brand new! Jason and his team were excellent making sure we had everything to make our stay a success! We felt well cared for in this A-frame perched on a hill and we enthusiastically give Jason and his team 💯 %!

Jeremy's place was a wonderful place to relax during a busy wedding weekend. It's 20 minutes from Sky Retreat, the wedding venue we used. I highly recommend Jeremy's place for a place to relax. The views were beautiful, we saw bunnies and deer, and the firepit was delightful!

The Greystone cabin is a beautiful, extremely well appointed home. We enjoyed using the kitchenware that was all top notch, as was everything else in the cabin. Lynn is a great host that other Airbnb hosts could learn from. She is extremely responsive and a wealth of information on the area. She’s also great to talk with and genuinely wants you to be happy staying in her home. We will definitely be back to finish our exploring and without question stay at the Greystone cabin.

Thank you so much, Kim, for this wonderful experience. We’re on a road trip through the U.S. and took a three-day break at the little cabin. It was the perfect place to relax! We absolutely loved the nature. We swam in the river, saw lots of wildlife, and sat by the fireplace. It was a very comfortable and cozy stay. If it weren’t so far away, we’d definitely come back!

My girlfriend and I had a great time spending the weekend at Tucked Inn and, for the most part, everything went as smoothly as expected! We arrived late, and there was a gentleman there starting some work on the property’s hot tub. We got in touch with Donnie using his phone, and my understanding is that the repairman was meant to arrive earlier in the day. I don’t necessarily believe it was any fault of the hosts that he was around. The drive up is straightforward as long as you follow the instructions the hosts provide; the path requires 1.5-2 miles of unmapped travel, so a GPS alone won’t quite get you there. Although I would definitely recommend traveling with a higher-clearance vehicle, my compact sedan made it up just fine with some caution and patience. Overall, Tucked Inn was a great space to unplug and unwind which is something we both really needed. It’s a very cozy and low-tech-vacation space I would hope we have the chance to come back to in the future!

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Richard is an excellent host who obviously wants his guests to have the best stay possible. Our personal favorites were the outdoor areas. The surrounding are so beautiful and peacful, and Richard's home provides a gazebo, porch with sofa, fire pit, and deck dining which we loved. If you want a cozy cabin in the mountains, Richard's place is for you!

What a lovely and beautiful home away from home! Extremely cosy and our son loved climbing up the stairs to the loft and trying to figure out the arcade game. The lawn is huge and the creek is an absolute bonus. Kitchen has all the necessary items and we cooked a full meal for dinner without difficulties. Thanks Rebecca!

Walter gave us an amazing place to stay for our anniversary weekend. Very secluded and private, which is something we were looking for. We felt right at home when we walked in and wish we could take this cabin back home. Everything was very tidy, well organized and we didn’t have to go looking for anything. We didn’t get to use the fire pit because it rained a majority of the weekend, which we were bummed about, but that didn’t stop us from sitting outside and listening to the sound of the river, rain and frogs. Very peaceful! Being so close to the river it made it very easy and quick to run down and throw a few casts in the river. Thank you Walter for the very comfortable stay. This place is on our list of places to hopefully return to!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time away out at the cabin. The tubing was AMAZING! and the nature is just gorgeous. What a lovely opportunity to slow down. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Loved the bath tub and the rocking chairs. We made a fire outside each night and took lots of walks. Very tranquil

Being from coastal NC, this stay was an absolute dream come true for myself and my party. Can’t really put into words how magical looking over the valley with a cup of joe in the morning was. Property had some good walks and a nice fire pit, beds were comfortable and the shower was very spacious. There is an awesome swimming hole on the way up to the cabin on Anthony’s Creek that was one of the many highlights of our vacation. Really fell in love with the mountains this weekend. Would give 10/5 stars if I could. Thanks Steve, hope to return again for a fall adventure sometime soon.

Very quiet and peaceful! Had a little trouble finding the house but we got in really late which was our fault otherwise we would’ve had no problem! The hosts instructions were very clear which helped a ton! Everything was clean and comfortable. Thanks so much!!

Beautiful mountain cabin just a few minutes from great hiking at Paddy Mtn State Park and Mt. Jefferson! Very quiet with deer hanging out in the front yard every day! Gary and Kari are great hosts - lots of great suggestions and very responsive.

We had a lovely stay at this charming cabin. It's the first place we've stayed where it felt similar to home. Everything was fantastic and it was nice to go to a place and find all the little things that make it so inviting. The kitchen is very well stocked for all your meals. Nice pans, spices, oil and all the things we use on a daily basis. The view is spectacular!

This was a beautiful log cabin in a beautiful and peaceful area. Follow the directions provided as some map services will mislead you. The place is very dog friendly. The owner was very quick to respond to questions/concerns. Will definitely stay again if in the area for a longer period of time.

This was our second stay here. Place is great, completely private, clean and BEAUTIFUL. Many sites from all angles to see. It’s amazing. You do need a 4x4 and raised vehicle which was now problem for a Rav 4 which was 7.2 inches (slightly under the recommended height.) bring your own groceries and your stay will be AMAZING.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend with our Blue Heeler Juniper. Sheree's place was everything we were looking for. The view was amazing and it was so peaceful and quiet. Our very energetic dog had plenty of room to run and play. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable for all of us. Sheree was very responsive to questions and provided good information for our stay. The hiking in the Grayson Highlands was amazing!! This place truly is a "hidden gem" and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sheree for a great stay!

What a great cabin! Everything was clean, and the location is absolutely beautiful. Short drive to Grayson Highlands, Damascus, and there is fishing in Laurel Creek just 5 minutes from the Cabin! Will definitely stay again the next time we are down here!

We stayed here in September and returned for Trail Days with 3 of our adult kids! They LOVED the place as much as us and want to return again. There is nothing more priceless than the peace that this cabin and location have to offer. The cabin is roomy, the beds are comfortable, and having two bathrooms is priceless with 5 adults! James is the best host and very responsive. You will not be disappointed with this cabin, the location and views, and the hiking and biking! VA Creeper Trail and Grayson Highlands State Park are absolute must dos while here as well as spending time in the town of Damascus. We can’t wait to return to this cabin and Damascus!

What to say... This place is AMAZING! My wife(Ella) and I were looking for a place in Virginia for a hiking trip. We decided on Jackie's place. This was also our first major hiking trip since getting married(Jan 2025). It was perfect. Peaceful. Quiet. Surrounded by nature. Also close to many hiking destinations so the trip back each day was fast so that we could relax. Oh... And did I mention screened in porch! The screened in porch had me a little emotional. My late grandmother passed years ago and we'd always sit on her porch(when it rained, late at night, watching weird neighbors, all kinds of stuff). It is a cherished memory. Anytime a porch like this is involved it brings back so many memories with her. Note: Give the great outdoor puzzle upstairs a chance. We had so much fun putting it together! This place could easily hold 3 or 4 people or a small family. There's plenty of space(inside/outside) to have your together and me-time. It was the best for us 2. We'll be back!
