Epic views and surroundings at The North Hill Cottages. The friendly host family has an amazing spot the perfectly situated property lifts you high above the world to a place of tranquil peace and beauty. The cottage was perfect for us and the property offered as much or as little as we wanted to do. The hosts were responsive and available, the other guests were respectable and friendly as well. Highly recommended!

The Chicken Pod was a beautiful stay! Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay. With a beautiful, scenic view of the trees/countryside, cosy hut with a comfy bed and plenty of outdoor space we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Angela greeted us on arrival and gave us recommendations on beaches, restaurants and walks nearby. We didn’t see Angela again but were confident that she would have helped us in any way need be. The Pod was just as described and really felt secluded and cosy. We have already spoken about returning at some point :)

The perfect place for anyone looking for somewhere quiet and secluded to unwind for a few days. The cottage is really cosy and comfortable and has everything you need. Barnstaple and a couple of pubs are a short drive away if you wish to eat out but during my stay I was so comfortable in the cottage I preferred to stay in and sort out my own meals. Lesley is a great host and made me feel very welcome.
