Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
