We had a lovely stay at Rex's place. The house was immaculately clean with comfortable and modern furnishings and everything that we might need available for us. Rex was super helpful and flexible, and made us feel comfortable and at home right away. We were in Devon to explore the Jurassic coast and it was the perfect base to travel out to the beaches and countryside.

We stayed here for a few days to incorporate a day visit to Exeter. As a location to visit lots of places, we soon found out this was perfect visiting Exeter, Axminster, Lyme Regis and Seaton very easily. This property is located in a small quiet village and we enjoyed walks in the local area with great views of the countryside. The property opens into a large hallway where we could leave coats and shoes and then up a flight of stairs to a single floor with all the rooms and living space. We had one small dog and the garden is safely enclosed and very pretty. It also has garden walls which added protection from wind. The property had everything we needed for our short stay and I would recommend.
