Apartment with balcony in the heart of the city

The property is located on the 4th floor of an apartment complex in a quiet side street in the center of Cottbus. The living room with large TV and adjoining balcony invites you to relax. Fast WiFi is available throughout the apartment. A soft and cozy double bed in the bedroom supports a restful sleep. The roof window can be darkened. Restaurants, bars or supermarkets can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Parking spaces are available free of charge in the surrounding area.

Studio apartment close to the center

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 5-minute walk to the center. In the rose garden you are in about 20 minutes. For further exploration I can provide 2 new mountain bikes. For bicycle tourists, the bike can be parked in the hallway at night.(220V socket). When arriving by car, free parking is of course available. Especially for longer stays, there is a washing machine.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Hof-Idyll apartment with barrel sauna/shared pool We offer our 25 sqm apartment in a very idyllic location. It is located next to our house and is furnished with very upscale furnishings. It has space for max. 2 adults and 2 children. On our farm, we have a dog, chickens, running ducks and rabbits, as well as plenty of play opportunities for children. The sauna can be used for €20. Guests who only stay one night will pay for one Surcharge of €20

Tiny House-Freuden im Spreewald

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden." Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. Although there is a separate area to sit and relax, you can also spread out in the tree house. From here you can explore the Spreewald by bike or Calau Switzerland on foot. Calau train station is about 2.5 km away.

In the surrounding area, you can switch off from everyday life with walks along the waterfront, an ice cream at the nearby city harbor or a visit to the historic castle garden. Near Tropical Island Our cozy cottage with garden is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the city center and ferry port in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. Located directly on the bike and hiking trail, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and day trips from here.
