The apartment fully corresponds to the description, perfectly clean, perfectly clean linen, everything is beautifully decorated, a huge terrace with a dining table and sun loungers made us fall in love with it, it was a wonderful time of stay, Antonio is a wonderful host, helped us in the process of arrival and check-in, we were very pleased!Located half an hour from the sea ,bus stop in a couple of minutes,you can get to the transfer to get to the city center,there is no metro nearby,but the transport connection is good. The area is quiet ,there are many different restaurants,there is a large store nearby where you can buy everything you need. Thank you Anthony, we will gladly return to you 🌞

We stayed here for four nights and it's the last leg of our 2 weeks tour/vacation of Switzerland and Italy. It was the great last few days of our vacation. Very relaxing apartment with a huge balcony. Steps away to train station that is one station away from the airport. A huge mall across the street with huge grocery an plenty of restaurants. The apartment is spotless. David and Alina are great, David check us in a little early and even met us at the outside the apartment, he is awesome and very friendly. I will definitely recommend this property if you are in Rome.

Great place not far from Fumiciano airport. This allowed us to spend one last night by the sea, in a good restaurant, before getting back on the plane. In addition, the place is large, with 2 real bedrooms and a real kitchen. The hospitality of the hosts was absolutely charming.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Responsive landlord. Close to the free beach. The apartment had a beach umbrella and inflatable pillows. You can fully cook at home; there are many establishments in the surrounding area. We spent most of our time on the balcony, having dinner and watching the sunset.

This woman is absolutely amazing if you ever meet her. She is extremely helpful gives great recommendations and directions. She has a peaceful aura and atmosphere to be around.

First of all, the environment is fantastic. There is also a large swimming pool in a garden-style villa. The terrain of the house is relatively high, and you can see the center of Rome in the yard.It takes about 30 minutes by car from Rome airport, the location is clear and easy to find.The host and the person in charge of the management are both Chinese and are very friendly in Chinese and Italian.The hallway is often cleaned, the environment is very quiet, I slept very comfortably at night, it was a very pleasant stay. I will go again next time I go to Rome.

Perfect stay! The place is really nice and well cared for, everything is brand new and very clean. The pool is really great for a little relaxation away from the chaos of the city. The night view is really great!
