The place was lovely, exactly what we needed. Beautiful views and great environment.

Host Antonio is a warm-hearted and kind person. He was considerate of the traveler's needs and came out to greet us when we arrived at the house. Moreover, he kindly provided guidance on parking, how to use the unfamiliar front gate, and explained the items in the room in detail. The spacious parking area was more than enough to make us forget the trouble we had when picking up the car at the airport. The house was as spacious as a 5-star hotel, impeccably clean, and neatly organized. The bed and towels were thoughtfully prepared, which moved us even more. The air conditioning, kitchen facilities, especially the cooktop and utensils, were excellent. I travel often and will definitely return to Rome. I won't miss out on such a great place to stay. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous host. He always responded quickly to messages and was welcoming at check-in. The house was very clean, well-equipped and quiet. We would definitely recommend it!

Pierpaolo is an extremely responsive host. He met us personally at the airport,early in the morning and checked us in immediately, even though check-in was announced in the early afternoon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for two people. No need for air conditioning,because it is very cool. It has everything you could need in a household. The area is very quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine, cafes, shops, pizzeria. The beach is a 15 min walk away,where there is one with free access and a paid area,where it is not so crowded. Transport to the centre of Rome is also very well arranged. In other words the apartment combines everything you could ask for,to combine a trip and a holiday in one.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment, the check-in was done with our host Nikolic, very friendly and generous. He invited us for a welcome drink and filled the fridge with above the standard essentials. The apartment is as described, huge with lots of light and a terrace all around, it is situated very near the train station. Many thanks Nikolic for your kindness and welcoming!

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

It's hard to find the right words to describe how special my stay in Simone's cottage was. It wasn't just a house for a few days, it was a refuge, a corner of peace that welcomed me when I needed it most. The apartment is cared for in every detail, you can see that behind every object there is a hand that has thought about how to make those who enter really feel at home. Simone is the host that everyone should meet at least once in their life: attentive but never intrusive, effortlessly kind, present in the most human and sincere way possible. He didn't just host me, he made me feel welcome, really. And in a world that is always running too fast, this has immense value. Leaving was strange, like leaving a dear friend's house, with that lump in your throat that makes you say "I'll be back". Because yes, I'll be back. Thanks Simone, really.

From the moment we arrived, Francesco and Cinzia made us—and our two dogs—feel completely at home. Their warm welcome set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious, peaceful garden that was perfect for relaxing, and convenient on-site parking made everything so easy. The apartment itself is both stunning and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets this place apart are the hosts. Francesco and Cinzia went above and beyond—greeting us each day with genuine smiles and even surprising us with fresh eggs from their farm. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel more like cherished guests than visitors. We were so comfortable and content, we honestly didn’t want to leave. This is a special place, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful Roman villa surrounded by a large garden with flowers and trees, complete with a wood oven and barbecue. The children played happily with the games provided by the accommodation and had curious encounters with the birdlife: we saw a woodpecker live for the first time! A nice surprise was the foosball and the ping pong table and the breakfast area in the garden (like Mulino Bianco). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (plenty of dishes, good quality plates and glasses), and a dishwasher. In addition to the living room, there is a large and elegant lounge on the ground floor. I stayed with 8 people and a baby, for whom a camping cot was provided, even though I didn't give any notice. Leonardo's mother, whom we would have liked to meet, takes impeccable care of the linen and the management of the house. Mr. Leonardo, a sensitive person on social issues, immediately made us feel at home, telling us about a dear fellow countryman of ours. Unexpected coincidence!

A very wonderful place to stay with a great roof terrace! We really enjoyed staying at this place every day and would come back anytime! Special plus : Luca is a really great, nice and helpful host. We also felt wonderfully taken care of here.

Getting to the apartment from the airport was a little tricky, but that wasn't her fault, the people at airport had us going to 3 different locations. Valeria met us outside and let us in. The apartment was nice and fully stocked, the terrace peaceful and lots of plants. There was a fluke with the hot water and Valeria came over and fixed it. Valeria was very responsive, gave recommendations, helpful, friendly, and welcoming

Clean, bright and quiet accommodation, not far from the center of Latina, with all the comforts and even more (gym and parking space) Luca allowed us access with our Labrador breed dog which is a rarity. He is also always available for any need if necessary. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Luca.

We had a super stay in Perla's nice apartment. She was very attentive and helpfull when needed . Quick and easy access to the apartment, nice & clean . Perfect accommodation for a Family of 3 - we will for sure be back another time.

Great apartment 2 min from the seas , friendly hotel. I just advise to have a car available or rental to stay here, Rome 40 min [ car ] so perfect , otherwise all the shops are present in the town of Torvaianica , great

We enjoyed our stay in Anzio in the apartment very much. You can do anything on foot. Chiara welcomed us, she's adorable. The apartment is very clean. There's everything you need in the apartment. We would have stayed much longer.

Our family of 5 was wanting a place near the airport, but still with options if we had energy to do anything - we thought being near the beach and Ostia Antica would be a great location. We didn't end up doing either of those things, but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of a nearby restaurant (Fraschetta la Romanella). We also enjoyed relaxing in the living room and sitting out on the terrace. They also arranged transportation to the airport which was prompt and considerably cheaper than taking a van through Uber.
