Die Altbauwohnung ist frisch renoviert, und wir haben liebevoll Details des Fachwerkhauses wieder hervorgeholt wie z.B. die alten Dielen und Balken. Die Wohnung hat ein großes gemütliches Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit separatem Essplatz, ein Tageslichtbad, eine Leseecke und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Perfekt als Basis, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Our price already includes all essential ancillary services. This includes: electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, towels/dish towels, bed linen, hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle and many more, which is part of a good kitchen equipment. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Die romantische Einraumwohnung im Landhaus liegt in Menzlin. Das ruhige Dorf befindet sich 2 km von der Peene entfernt, dem "Amazonas des Nordens". Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.
