Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. Our house is located in the center of Dresden (about 800 m from the HBH) and yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.

Relaxed afternoons on the sunny patio and cozy evenings overlooking Dresden await you at home.

A romantic and quiet place in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.

During this peaceful stay, you will relax perfectly. In peace and comfort, you can explore the surroundings, both near and far, on foot and by bike. For example, the beautiful town of Tisá and Tiské skály are very popular with all tourists. The nearby observation tower Sněžník. All this is just 15 minutes by car. Hřensko and Pravčická brána are 40 minutes away from me. Ústí nad Labem and Děčín are about 10 km away

The old wash house of our villa from 1900 is located in the green. It has been modernly renovated as a bright studio house with a gallery. Whether by car, by public transport or by bike, our house is easily accessible. Also from the Elb biking trail, it is only a small detour. The cozy and high-quality furnishings invite you to relax, whether you are in town for work, on vacation or for a weekend. Welcome!

Small but fully equipped apartment in holiday home Börnchen on about 30 m² surface area. Bathroom and living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our holiday home is located in the center of the Easter Mountains. Renowned destinations can be reached in a short time by car. Nice small and cozy apartment for 3-5 people, quietly located right on the edge of the forest with a fireplace. It is great for small families, couples or solo travelers to relax and leave everyday life behind. The fully equipped apartment is a good place to stay with two adults and one child in the bedroom. There is a possibility to create two more sleeping places on the sofa.
