Holiday rentals with a patio in Neuilly-sur-Seine

My family and I had an excellent stay at Ilze’s apartment. The apartment is located in the heart of La Defense, which is very convenient to get to the main attractions. Ilze is a great host, super friendly and always available for any inquiries. Highly recommended.

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Danielles Unterkunft. Check-in war super einfach und wir fanden die Unterkunft direkt heimlich. Die Gegend ist super um in das nächste Café oder Bar zu gehen und es ist immer was los. Gute Anbindung, da Metro und Bus nicht weit weg waren. Wir haben uns sehr gut zurecht gefunden in der Wohnung und die Küche war auch gut Eingerichtet. Würden wieder kommen :)

Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante a nossa estadia. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi tranquila e respeitosa. O apartamento é amplo e agradável, com todos os itens descritos no anúncio. Ele tem uma área externa onde é possível fazer refeições ou simplesmente relaxar. Há um bom mercado embaixo do prédio, além de padarias e restaurantes por perto. As estações de trem e metrô estão a poucos minutos da propriedade. Por sinal, o bairro tem um ar jovial e moderno, sendo ótimo para passear. Altamente recomendado para famílias com crianças.

This is a lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days. The location is incredible, while it is has lovely outdoor space with fragrant jasmine blooming. Vincent was very helpful and responsive when I was trying to sort out the laundry machine. The beds were very comfortable and the inner courtyard orientation of the apartment meant it was peaceful despite the bustle of the neighborhood. I think the apartment would work best for a small family, as the bathrooms are oddly configured (One bedroom has a tiny full bath, but the other has a shower & sink in it while its toilet is across the apartment next to the kitchen.) and the bedrooms have no windows so we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night for ventilation/air flow. Overall, it was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for a glorious few days in the heart of Paris.

Très joli appartement, très bien décoré. Confort digne d’un très bon hôtel. Situation idéale à côté de Rolland Garos! La serrure connectée n’a pas fonctionné, mais un immense merci au propriétaire qui a répondu au téléphone à 23h passées et qui a débloqué la porte en 10 minutes !

Loved our stay at Julie’s. The apartment has lots of lovely touches & is very spacious for 2 people. Having the piano and the beautiful giant couch was my favorite part. The view at night was amazing, you could see the lights of the Eiffel tower. The location is walkable, lots of things around, & yet still feel peaceful. Julie communicated well & made us feel welcome through our correspondence. I would definitely recommend staying at Julie’s.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Lucile empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber & ordentlich. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & gute Restaurants in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt & kommen jederzeit gerne wieder :)

I had a great time staying at Amaury’s place with some colleagues for a work meetup - the house was spotlessly clean and more than big enough for us all to spend a week comfortably living and working in. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to get into the centre of Paris

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Le séjour s’est bien passé. Guangyu a été très réactif pour répondre aux questions. La maison était conforme à la description et dans un très bon état. Nous avons passé un agréable moment 😊

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

My Mum and I stayed in this studio apartment for 1 week together and we absolutely loved it! The street was so quiet and peaceful, and so we slept with all the terrace doors and windows open at night without issue (it was 90 degrees in Paris the week we were there, so this really helped! Plus the small fan). We felt very safe and it felt private too. We were one street away from a bustling area with a Metro (Victor Hugo) and supermarkets, restaurants etc and very close to the Arc de Triomphe in the other direction. The double terraces were ideal, particularly because of the heat… one was always shaded and one was always sunny and very hot. We had access to Netflix & YouTube (music) and cooked food for ourselves every day! We/I would absolutely stay here again, and will! Manuella was so helpful from beginning to end - responsive before & during the trip. Highly recommend for 1-2 people. The area around us was ideal. Not touristy & had everything we needed to live in Paris for a week! ♥

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
