Stylish apartment in the old Gulfhof

With a lot of love for detail, this apartment was built in an old, listed Gulfhof. Here you will stay in the middle of nature very close to the East Frisian hiking trail. The old town to Leer is only 6 km away. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the Graft and natural pastures, you can forget everyday life and unwind. The apartment has a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). In the living room with open kitchen there is a sofa bed with a width of 1.40 m. A TV with DVD player is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove with oven, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. If needed, two bicycles (28-inch men's and women's bicycle) are available free of charge for the duration of the stay by arrangement. For your own e-bikes, there is a storage/charging facility in a lockable barn.

Leer Old Town (incl. private parking)

The apartment "Altstadt Leer" is located in the middle of the historic city center. A maritime apartment for two people awaits you, in front of the house there are private parking spaces. The stylish old building with a 3.30 meter ceiling height offers a pleasant living environment. The ground floor apartment has a separate entrance. The bedroom has a new parquet floor. The shower and toilet are new, the floor tiles are still original. Sun terrace (south-west location)

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The vacation home has a maximum of 6 sleeping places and a living area of 101.65 m². The kitchen offers all amenities for cozy cooking evenings, including an oven. The sunny terrace with adjoining large shed allows you to enjoy breakfast together outdoors. It has underfloor heating, as well as a storage room. Adjacent is a private playground. If possible, take your bikes with you. In Barßel there is also a bike rental.

The apartment is on the upper floor of our house (private entrance) and offers spacious 100 m² space for a maximum of 7 guests in 3 separate bedrooms. The apartment is located in the idyllic district of Nüttermoor. It is about 5 km to the city center of Leeran. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for a nice time in East Frisia.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
