If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

Our charming and sun-drenched house offers everything you need for your vacation. Modern ambiance meets old building charm - with 3 floors on 140 square meters! The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

In our larger apartment on the 2nd floor of the 120-year-old house, you can enjoy peace and relaxation despite its central location, sit in the beautiful courtyard under the walnut tree, walk around the lake or swim. The Hanseatic cities of Rostock & Wismar as well as the Baltic Sea and the state capital Schwerin can also be reached quickly from here. Dogs are very welcome here. We offer you a vacation home with a total of 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms (1 each with shutters), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (with shutters), 2 bathrooms, hot tub, sauna, sandpit, terrace, roof terrace, e-charging station and a wheelchair-accessible ground floor on a fenced property. It is only 20 m to the swimming spot and just under 50 m to the in-house rowing boat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.

Enjoy peace and relaxation in this wooden house on Lake Großer Wariner! Nestled in a beautiful garden, the house welcomes you. An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you can reach the harbor and the shopping mile very quickly. Bicycles can be parked in the small courtyard. Next year we want to renovate the courtyard. Parking in front of the house with a fee, for unloading ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces there. One with fees and one without.

The guesthouse with the holiday lofts Ostera and Westera is located on the rural Sonnenhügel estate in the Kariner Land.
