The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Direct parking on the property. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.

In the immediate vicinity, there is the possibility to take extensive walks in the countryside, for example on the Muldeufer. In addition, Zwickau offers many attractive sights, such as the Robert-Schumann Haus, August-Horch Museum or the Priesterhäuser.

Here you will find my apartment on Sidonienstr. 20, 08412 Werdau with 1 bedroom, 2 separate beds. The backyard can be used for smoking. Sheets and towels will be provided. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk and seating in the bedroom, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. It's an animal-free and non-smoking apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house without reservation.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
