We had a great weekend and Cordelia is really very nice and helpful. Everything was as described, clean and cozy. A playground just around the corner was also a bonus and at the campsite in the village you could even buy small things and go out for dinner in the evening.

Excellent place, much more than what is seen in the photos. I felt right at home. Beautiful and complete apartment.

The apartment is just great and Kim is a very good host. She maintains friendly, good contact and was very accommodating for a little later checkout. Thanks for everything! The apartment is practical and lovingly designed. Wifi, Bluetooth speaker, kitchen equipment: Everything you need. I especially liked the crass view, the cozy furnishings (large sofa, plenty of space, lots of light, nice veranda for breakfast or evening view). The house looks quite ailing downstairs - in the apartment you are in another world. The park across the shore is also nice. Downtown is great by public transport and also within walking distance. Nice neighbors in the house.

A super nice and very clean accommodation in the countryside! Well-maintained property with a feel-good atmosphere. Pure idyll, in a quiet location. The rooms are all spacious and very tastefully furnished. Large bedroom, large modern kitchenette in a great combination with antique furniture, brand new bathroom. There remained nothing to be desired. There was nothing missing. In addition, the communication with the hostess was very pleasant.

We found the apartment was great for our stay. It is very spacious and comfortable. Getting around was simple with the underground being a very short walk away. Manual was a pleasure to deal with and always got back to us very quickly. Thank you Manual for allowing us to check out a little later. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Hanover.

I was in town on business so didn't have time to take advantage of the neighborhood but it was vibrant and walkable and I always felt safe. It was in a great location that made it easy to get around Hannover and to the airport. Thorsten was very responsive to questions and always helpful. Definitely recommend.

Tina, Toto and her partner are such warm, helpful and loving people. They were very compassionate when I had health problems and tried to make all kinds of help possible with a lot of commitment. The property is very spacious and it was fun to stay there. The view is amazing and there are many great places to explore in the area. Thank you for everything and all the best to you. Hello. My husband and I were there with our dogs. It was very lovingly decorated. The dogs even got treats. We felt very comfortable and will come back again;)

A great place to stay for visiting Hannover. About 10 minutes walk from the main station. The apartment is lovely with everything you might need. We made use of the washing machine and dryer in the basement. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. There is a small balcony that we sat on when the sun was out. Highly recommended.

We were there for three nights, four of us. Including toddler and dog and it really worked out wonderfully! The place was perfect for us. Generously cut, very clean and lovingly furnished. You can tell that they thought things through, both in terms of comfort and equipment. The quiet location in a beautiful environment is particularly positive. At the same time, the connection is great, both to the fair and to the city center of Hanover, you can get there quickly and easily. A real highlight for us was the massage chair. We felt completely comfortable and thank you very much for the wonderful time! Definitely an accommodation that we would recommend and would like to book again if we get the chance. Great location close to train station, very easy to get into Nienburg town centre. Beautiful apartment very quiet and peaceful area. Access to get in very simple and easy instructions. Would definitely book again for another visit to Nienburg.

Their place is ultra cozy! Super clean, everything you need and right by the forest. Check-in was also very straightforward. We had a really nice weekend and will definitely book again in the summer!

Beautiful home far beyond the photos on the site. Very spacious, very quiet, functional and well-equipped. Karsten is a considerate and available host despite the language barrier (we are French). Shops nearby, a few kilometers by car. And beautiful walks to take in the nearby forest. Don't hesitate! Book without a second thought. Thank you for everything.

We had a fantastic stay at Lotti‘s place!It’s 15 minutes walking distance from the main train station. Once you made it to the 4th floor, you will be rewarded with a very clean, modern and stylish apartment. The bed is super comfortable and the toiletries and snacks/drinks in the fridge (honesty system) were much appreciated! We highly recommend staying here!

A very nice place to stay where our son felt very comfortable during his internship. Everything he needed was there. Shopping and train connections for daily commuting are within easy reach. Fast and uncomplicated communication with the host possible at any time! We are happy to recommend this apartment and come back to it on occasion.

We were in the apartment for an extended weekend in the Lüneburg Heath. Soltau is exactly the right starting point, because you can drive everywhere in a maximum of half an hour. The apartment is very new and modernly equipped. We lacked nothing. As a welcome, there was even a sweet surprise for the young and old guests :-)
