From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The vacation home is located in a listed half-timbered house, the former forest farm. Located directly on a swimming lake in the forest, near Schwerin, on the A 14 and A 24. There is a garden of about 15,000 square meters. There are two donkeys and four goats in the paddock. In the garden there are several seats, also covered, so you can sit outside even in bad weather.
