This beautiful newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers the perfect vacation vibe, with cool, relaxing colors and simple styling. Complete with both a walk in shower as well as a full size soaking tub, a queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa, guests can wind down comfortably after a fun-filled day on the river. The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

The Chula Cottage is the ideal place for a getaway. You can experience the beauty of nature and little bit of farm life. Enjoy the roaming of a few chickens! Quaint and cute, off of Hwy IH35, is a 1 bedroom cottage. Spacious, yet warm and cozy, The living room has a comfortable sleeper, flat screenTV with cable and free wifi. kitchen is stocked with a full size stove with oven, microwave, mini refrigerator with freezer and Keurig coffee maker.

Gruene Reservations Condo 205

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.
