The expansive front windows and raised deck provide and incredible sunset view across the hills and dark sky lighting sets the stage for breathtaking starry skies. Two queen bedrms and full bath reside downstairs, along with a single bed tucked away under the stairs. Upstairs you'll find an oversized loft with a king bed, trundle bed, private balcony and full bath. No pets allowed.

Perfect place to come relax, recharge and enjoy the hill-country living. On the property you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. You can take 10 min walk, bike or a 3 min drive to the neighborhood lake/beach area bring your shade and beach chairs for a day of swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.
