House holiday rentals in Newnan

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

Jade’s place was just as described - very bright and felt high-end but was still cozy. Good location that was easy to get around. The pool was wonderful and felt very private.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

The home was very beautiful exactly like the photos online. Very pleased with the host excellent communication and instructions . I would definitely stay at this property again this home is definitely a five star home if anyone is ever looking to stay at a Airbnb this property would be perfect for you and your family.

Our stay was very quiet and cozy, Peter was very responsive and timely. We really enjoyed the pool and even though there was a storm that knocked out the lights, he provided lanterns and chargers for our phones. Would definitely use again if we're ever in the area.

The house is lovely and we had plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and a Keurig. The pool table room was nice. The location is in a neighborhood without many conveniences. There is an Aldi but no other grocery stores we noticed and the pharmacy is hard to find. The neighbors were relatively quiet; they only ran their dirt bikes during the day time. The cleaning fee was very expensive, which was a surprise- I should have looked more carefully before booking.

Lovely and beautifully designed home in a quiet neighborhood. Extremely comfortable and exactly as pictured. We had a peaceful nights sleep on the great mattress. We really enjoyed the screen porch and listening to the birds each morning. At night deer roamed nearby. Did not use the kitchen at all but everything was sparkling clean, Appreciated the basket of treats left for us on the counter. Wonderful Airbnb!! Thanks Suvrat!

Such a well appointed and decorated home and such a wonderful host! If your travel plans include a stop in Peach Tree City, you must consider a stay here. Perfectly located in the heart of PTC with super easy access to the extensive golf cart/walking trails. Cassandra was such a kind and attentive host. We felt right at home and check in/check out was a breeze. We will definitely book here again!

Our stay at Naomi’s was lovely! Access to the loop around the lake and proximity to everything made this stay such a dream! The beds were so comfy, kitchen so roomy, and quick responses were so helpful!

The home felt easy to live in and it felt like a brand new home with beautiful furnishings & decorations. We loved our peaceful stay. The colorful fireplace , the large table, the deer in the back yard.

Daniels place was clean, comfortable, and had space for everyone. Three level house with two living rooms, a foosball table, and fully equipped kitchen. Also the fenced yard for the dogs with deck, gas grill, and seating for eight was a plus. Fireflys in the backyard at dusk. We felt right at home and would highly recommend.

Stephanie’s communication was excellent. The home was very clean and met all of my expectations. Let me not leave out the neighborhood was amazing as well. I highly recommend this home.

This home was perfect! The house was extremely kid-friendly with baby gates, a very well stocked toy room, water table on the back deck, red wagon, little steps to reach the sink, etc. It was fairly hot and humid during our stay, but thankfully the basement back deck is completely shaded, and the main level back deck is partially covered with a fan, so we stayed cool and comfortable. The place was within an easy walking distance (0.2-0.3 miles) to a coffee shop that had storytime, a great bookstore, the general store that had food and groceries, and the green space that featured an inground trampoline, and sand pit to play in. This was the same area where the Saturday morning farmers market was set up, so we enjoyed delicious, crêpes, and live music. our host was prompt in responding to our questions, and was kind enough to accommodate a slightly delayed checkout due to a delayed flight. I would 100% rent this home again.

Staying at Leslie’s place was absolutely perfect! Had the tiniest struggle with the smart lock when we arrived (due to something beyond anyone’s control), and Leslie responded immediately and had the problem fixed in minutes! A very lovely home, quiet neighborhood, and my 6 year old loved the board games available at the house! Within walking distance of downtown, with the most wonderful restaurants and shops. Absolutely loved our trip! Some of the things we wanted to visit were closed so now we have a reason to plan another trip, and Leslie’s place will be at the top of our list when booking next time! Overall the place was nice. Very spacious nice neighborhood clean home. I did, however, have an issue with the hot tub not being cleaned out, and in addition the strict noise complaints promptly after 11. I understand quiet hours, but if you’re telling me I can’t speak after 11 it basically seems like you’re enforcing a bed time.

The house was amazing! It was clean and so comfortable, they really thought of everything! The extra fleece blankets on all of the beds were a bonus!

Beautiful home in the most amazing community. Walkable to all of the best of serenbe, but very private for a spot so well located. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Alison's place. It's very clean, exactly what the pictures show. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Check in was very smooth. I highly recommend staying here!
