Monthly Rentals in Niederzier

Nice and peaceful room very close to the research center. Following a recommendation from the host I took a walk in the countryside nearby and it was beautiful. The hosts were also quite friendly.

David place was very well kept with everything you'd need for a short stay. He was considerate and left the AC on for us as it was a very hot day. The kitchen has everything you'd need and tea/coffee. There was also information about the surrounding area. All in all a pleasant experience.

Arta is a wonderful host, she was always very nice and helpful. I was thrilled with my accommodation, very nicely furnished, superbly equipped and it couldn't be cleaner. The bed was very comfortable too. The house is in a quiet detached house area with beautifully maintained houses and the shops are also within walking distance. If I am in the area again for a business trip, I will definitely book this accommodation again.

The apartment is very well located, well equipped and offers a good price-performance ratio. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. Games - except cards and a chess game are not available and would have to be brought along if necessary.
