Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Generously sized apartment on the 1st floor, fully furnished, in a two-family house. I live on the ground floor. There are no shared spaces. The location is in the city triangle Hannover - Celle - Braunschweig Near A2, A7, A37 Shopping (bakery/supermarket) 300 m In the village there are two gas stations and three electric vehicle charging stations.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

There is a large double bed, a table for breakfast or the writing stuff, and you can put your belongings in a wardrobe.
