Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nikiti

Nellis Airbnb was very accessible to all, nestled in a quiet area of Kriopigi. It was close to all with a quick drive. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Halkidiki. Nelli was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all inquiries.

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful place with a very private feel to it. Feels like you’re in your own place far away in a forest but it’s just a quick walk into town. The host was also lovely and so helpful, highly recommend.

A casa di Themis ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è molto tranquilla. Siamo stati accolti dai suoi genitori che sono stati molto gentili e premurosi. La casa è spaziosa e lo spazio esterno è comodo e molto ben tenuto. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. I letti sono comodi. La signora ci ha preparato un’ottima pita. Esperienza positiva.

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at Efstathios's place! The house is located in a quiet area near the town of Vourvorou, close to shops and restaurants and yet relatively secluded. We loved the gorgeous garden and the balcony which offered a fantastic view over the little bay. The house was equipped with all amenities we might have needed and check-in was very easy and straightforward. Finally, Efstathios was an excellent host - we had some car troubles and he helped us out tremendously! I would definitely recommend Efstathios's place for a quiet, comfortable stay in the beautiful Vourvorou area.

A wonderful house that has everything a family could need. The host was very responsive! It’s 5 minutes from a sandy beach and within walking distance of the center. I highly recommend it and would visit the same house again

Haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, toller Ausbick von den beiden Balkonen - auch guter Sonnenschutz durch Markisen. Nur die Treppe runter, schon im Meer! Wohnung schon groß, alles da und super sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Incredible Views, Great Veranda, Very Nice Host! The place has amazing 180 degree sea views and a wrap-around large veranda with three tables; the views also include the Mount Athos, and the two peninsulas, Aristoteles and Sithonia. The host, Stelios, is incredibly responsive. We asked for a toaster to toast our bread for breakfast. He sent someone next day to deliver it. He is also very friendly; his English is really good as well. The house is fairly large (about 125 sq meters). It has four bedrooms, three upstairs. Each upstairs bedroom is connected to a balcony with a awesome view. It's close to beaches and restaurants as well. Kudos!

Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück, was im Preis enthalten war. Der Service war toll. Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war auch toll.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – wirklich jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Als Highlight hat er uns abends sogar noch Pizza gebracht – so viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit erlebt man selten! Die Unterkunft war top, alles super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ich kann diesen Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – gerne jederzeit wieder!

Ein absolutes Highlight ist defenitiv die Terrasse, eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist super schön, hat genau für 3 Personen gereicht. Schön stillvolle Wohnung. Wir würden herzlich Empfangen von Ardit. Ardit war sehr zuvorkomment und hatte super Empfehlungen für uns. Alles im ganzen ein super toller Urlaub haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Dimitri’s studio was a fantastic place to stay — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, with an amazing sea view! Afitos is a beautiful town with charming streets and excellent restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The place was in a very good location, about 10-15min walk from the best beach in the area (Karydi beach), right next to the grocery store and restaurants. As it was on the main street it wasn’t always super quiet, but at least everything was nearby. All the quieter areas were farther away from the beaches, cafes and shops. And the main street is not too busy, so it was all good. The house and yard offered enough privacy so that whatever was happening on the street didn’t bother us too much. The place was also super clean and roomy enough for 3-5 people. Yard was also well kept. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals and feel like at home. Isavella also gave us excellent tips on what to visit and where to eat nearby.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Το σπίτι ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο. Καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα, όπου μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι και πάντα διαθέσιμοι να μας βοηθήσουν. Μας είχαν επίσης ετοιμάσει έναν οδηγό με χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για παραλίες και δραστηριότητες στην περιοχή. Κάτι που αξίζει να σημειωθεί είναι ότι είχαν φροντίσει ακόμα και για τις συχνές διακοπές νερού της περιοχής, ένα πρόβλημα που είχαμε αντιμετωπίσει στο παρελθόν σε άλλα καταλύματα τόσο στη Βουρβουρού όσο και στη Νικήτη. Έχουν λάβει τα κατάλληλα μέτρα ώστε οι επισκέπτες να μην έχουν κανένα θέμα. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε στο Forest Hill Villa!

This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool, der jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Es entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat zur Begrüßung Obst und Wasser bereit gestellt. Obwohl er kein English spricht und wir leider kein Griechisch, klappte die Kommunikation problemlos und auf Anfragen reagierte er sofort. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da keine Läden oder Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl geführt und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

Great house, it had all we needed for us and our 1 year old, great view. You will need to use the car if you want to go places but it offer a quiet place in order to relax.

The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!
