Wij wonen in het achterhuis. Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars. Slechts 3 km van Steenwijk centrum en 3.9. km van het NS station. Dichtbij Giethoorn, de Weerribben en Hunebedden in het natuurgebied Holtingerveld. The Colony of Frederiksoord, listed on UNESCO world heritage, is only 6.5 km away.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

A cozy cottage with all the comforts! Whether by car, bicycle, boat or canoe, it is beautifully centrally located to discover Friesland! The photos show nice things to book. Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.
