Die Schlafkammern, das Duschbad sowie das separate WC befinden sich im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und sind über einen Flur vom Wohnraum separiert. Der ca. 33 m² große Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Eßtisch hat eine Deckenhöhe von rund 2,9 m. Die gemütliche Sofaecke ist der ideale Ort zum Entspannen und ein Kaminofen sorgt für Behaglichkeit.
