PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Die Wohnung liegt im ländlichen Hamburg Ochsenwerder in einem 100 jährigen Einfamilienhaus. In 200 m Entfernung fährt der Bus in ca.31 min in die City (auch nachts). Eure Gastgeber haben einen Teenager Sohn und wohnen über Euch. Die Einrichtung wurde im shabby chic Look gestaltet, es wurden zum Beispiel Treibhölzer aus der Elbe als Regale verwendet. Die Elbe ist 400 Meter entfernt. Deckenhöhe in der gesamten Wohnung ist 2,10 Meter!!! Radfahrer willkommen.
