Hello, we offer a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 minutes, walk to town in 5 minutes. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. Looking forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cots etc!!! I'm really sorry but since I have kids myself, I speak from experience

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
