The house includes a lovely, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the ground there is direct access to a bicycle and footpath that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the area of Kromose. Quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 m walking distance on the trail.
