Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

Our house is set in a park-like garden of 7,000m² and is surrounded by meadows and fields. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can relax and unwind. The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.
