Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Good location, a few minutes by car from the E22, and 4.5 km to central Kristianstad, 12 km to the sandy beach in cozy Åhus.

Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house. During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.

In the woods close to the sea
