You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer for free use. The kitchen is well equipped and also includes a microwave and dishwasher. The cottage is located on a 600 m² natural plot. It's 6 km to the North Sea. Falen Å runs close to the house and is great for paddleboarding, kayaking.
