This special 1837 home is close to everything, a few hundred meters from the pedestrian street. It is located in the cozy old neighborhood of Aabenraa. The house has received the building improvement price in 2021 from the municipality of Aabenraa. There are 5 sleeping places: 2 double beds and 1 single bed. The house is newly renovated. The house is on 3 levels, which is why it may not be suitable for very small children or people with walking difficulties. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor, living room and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a double bed in the loft (2nd floor).

You will stay in your own house, with your own garden where the lovely moments can be enjoyed with family or friends. The house is located opposite the fantastic bakery, a short walk to Højer Mølle with cafe, close to a lovely ice cream shop, the grocery store as well as Højer Pølser. The Wadden Sea, the North Sea and Tøndermarsken are right at your fingertips, and definitely worth a visit.

Mid-terrace house in Frisian style. The "Hygge 11" with terrace and private garden is located in the middle of the row of 3. The house has its own fenced garden with terrace, garden shed for garden furniture as well as a lounge sofa and a sandpit. There is a handcart, barbecue and tricycle in the garden shed. The parking lot for the car is directly at the house. hygge_11 is located in Böhl on the edge of the St. Peter-Dorf district, right next to a pine forest. In 5 minutes you are at the dike.

Pet-free family house with a view of the Koo (approx. 80 m²)

Cosy, quiet terraced middle house - ideal for families with up to four children or for family holidays with grandma and grandpa. Allergy friendly as no pets and no linens! Very quiet and yet centrally located directly in the center of the island near the zoo with unobstructed views of the Tinnumer meadows. We are a family of 5 and drive to our second home several times a year. If you are interested in a few nice family days on Sylt, please don't hesitate to contact us!

The (semi-) island is accessible via a causeway. The lütte Reethuus was already mentioned in 1803 and has a very special charm. The house has just been renovated with a lot of love and you will find space for up to 4 people. Nordstrand offers many leisure activities: cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, swimming, inline skating ... and much more. From the harbor you can reach the Halligen and neighboring islands (Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt) by boat.

The apartment Luilont (Friesisch:Faulpelz) is centrally located in Wyk/Boldixum on the street that connects the harbor with the city of Wyk and the island villages. An ideal starting point for excursions into the island. The city center with shops and the beach is about 1 km away, so everything is easily accessible by bike. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly and individually equipped .

The house is at the end of a row of houses. On 124m² there are 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and one toilet. Outside, on the ground floor there is a terrace with garden furniture and sheds and on the upper floor a loggia with dike views. The spacious living and dining area invites you to enjoy and relax. In addition, the house has a sauna, a fireplace and a bicycle storage facility. Dogs are also welcome.

Overnight stay? Also possible with organic eggs and vegetables

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and offers a total of three rooms. There are two bedrooms , one room with 1.8m bed and a 1.4m sofa bed. One room with 1.6m bed. I kept chickens and planted vegetables. If there is, you can also buy it and enjoy the organic eggs and traditional vegetables.

The cozy apartment is located in the heart of Westerland in a dead end street. The beach and convention center are only 300 meters away. Bike rental, bakery, restaurant are right on site. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
